Excellent, would hire again!!

I've used this company several times. Overall, the experience is great. I deal directly with the owner; him and his wife return phone promptly and are very responsible and conscientious. They're so honest and they do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. He even fixed a window that one of his employees broke while trimming my trees at no charge. I've had lots of bad experiences over the years with service providers that are overpriced, irresponsible, don't show up on time, etc. The owner supervised all of the work and was great about letting me know if he'd be late. He also followed up after the work was completed. I'm satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend him.

Very responsive, did a good job and the price was very fair.

The tree from the nursery did not look healthy. Some of the leaves had black tips and had holes from insects.. The worker who was a subcontractor believed the tree would be fine. After a few weeks I continued to remain concerned and called Linder. They were very professional and receptive and sent the same individual out to look at the tree. He saw new growth and believed the tree would be ok. I am hesitant to give an A for quality because on one side of the tree are dead branches and I watered faithfully and applied the product for root growth as instructed.

I though they did a very good job. We had settled on a date. They were prompt in coming. They were very personable. I have no objections to them all.

When they showed up, they did an ok job on the lawn. However, the days were not consistent, there were 2 weeks they didn't come at all and when we called them, they never got back to us with just 1 call. We always had to follow up. It took them a very long time to do the weeding and mulching. The work was fine. As a result of their poor communication and inconsistent performance, we found another gardner that is much better, less expensive and offers more services. As a result, we canceled our service. However, Linder never told their people and 2 weeks after we called to cancel, their workers showed up to cut the lawn. Luckily I was home and explained we canceled.

They are very prompt and they do a very good job.

I am generally pleased with the work they have done. They are very nice people. Whenver I call and I speak to a woman that answers the phone, she is great. When they are in their busy season, they require some hands on management until a routine is established.

They did a good job and they were fine. They cleaned up well after the tree removal. They did not do a stump grinding on the tree removal.

John and his crew were very prompt, polite, professional and respectful. They were extremely hard workers. I admired them---never flinched in the terrible humidity and almost 100 degree temperatures! During each phase of the wall construction, John always wanted to be sure that we were completely satisfied with what he was doing. John has a good eye for color, which he recommended for the block, and we couldn't be more pleased, not only with the color, but with the entire project! I would recommend Linder Landscaping to anyone and would use Linder Landscaping again in a heartbeat.

Working with Linder Lawn has been great, they've been professional and always done a thorough job. I plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future.

They just sent a man out to do some wonderful work. It took them 2 months to get here because of the back log.

After many attempts to schedule the work, Linder's crew of two arrived with 20 minutes notice on a day when I could not supervise. One worker wore baggy goth clothing, which seemed to hamper him. The two worked with leaf gathering equipment for about two hours and left. They did get most of the leaves, but did not do other work that I requested. Linder would not state an hourly rate when I questioned him.

I wanted to redo my front yard with a low maintenance ground cover, rather than lawn. John came over to give a quote, and I ended up not choosing them because he didn't seem to have many suggestions about what to do with the yard. It struck me that his operation is better at maintenance than new landscaping. However, the prices he quoted were more than reasonable, and he was very nice to speak with. Prompt and professional.

Both Amanda and John Linder came out to Aliquippa to look at my yard and determine the best option for saving my lawn. I had called them after the previous company I hired hadn't contacted me in weeks. They were both very professional and spent a lot of time explaining options and answering questions. I was very satisfied and looked forward to working with them. Unfortunately, the previous company I had hired (the one I hadn't heard from in two weeks) resurfaced and began work without telling me. They had me over a barrel, and I contacted John to explain the situation. Again, he was the ultimate professional. He understood my dilemma and understood why I couldn't hire him. He even went so far to send me an email to assure there were no hard feelings and if anything else came up he would be willing to work with me again. I have a few more landscaping projects to tackle in the coming months. The only company I will call is Linder. Their professionalism and customer service--not to mention their ideas of making my lawn better--were top notch. They made an impression on me and I will hire them for subsequent jobs!

They were very courteous on the telephone, but they told me they couldn't cut my lawn every week. They said they could do the planting and they did get back to me quickly.

From all the Lawn-care services I used in the past 2 years, Linder is definitely the best in Pittsburgh and I shall continue with their service from now on.

The service was very resonablably priced, the workers are punctual, and the work was done well.

It took John Linder a number of days to come to my home and then he picked a Sunday morning, not the most convenient time. I spent time with him walking around the property explaining what needed to be done. When I learned that he also did decking, I asked him for a separate estimate to replace my small deck. He said he would be back to take measurements and I've never heard from him again. If you don't want to do the work just say so. Don't keep potential customers hanging. It is discourteous and a waste of everyone's time!

We had communications problems from the beginning but through out we worked things out and he changed his performance. I plan to use him for a long time. I would highly recommend him.

John does a pretty good job mowing my yard. This is a pretty small job. I do however think John has gotten a little behind recently. He doesn't show up on the day we have agreed upon, sometimes coming two or three days later. Also, I have let him know that I would be interested in additional landscaping services and he has not followed up with me on those.

I called John, and he returned my call the same day. We set up an appointment. John arrived on time, surveyed what I needed done and gave me an estimate. He was one of only 3 landscapers that returned my call. His estimate was about $6.00 less than what I was paying last year. I gave John the go ahead, and he cut my lawn right then. He also took care of the weeds and came back later the same day and aerated. The work was done to perfection, and I've been happy with the work ever since. John comes about every 10 days, and I'm planning on having him to more work to the yard. His prices seem very reasonable and his work and professionalism is outstanding.

He is friendly and reliable. We rely on him to know when to start coming, when to come, how much to do, etc. He does a good job. We have been pleased with the quality of the work. We are also pleased with the price - it's $10/week less than what we were paying previously, for a company that didn't do as good of a job.

MIKE LINDER ANSWERED THE PHONE. IT WAS VERY NICE TO NOT GET A RECORDING. HE WAS POLITE BUT SAID HE DID NOT DO WORK IN MY AREA. HE ALSO WAS WILLING TO GIVE ME A VERY ROUGH ESTIMATE OF WHAT HE THOUGHT THE WORK WOULD COST.

HE WORKS HARD AND IS DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
