They arrived early and even though I wasn't home, they waited for me to get there. They were extremely polite and professional and efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned up after themselves and even played with my dog. I'll definitely hire them for more work in the future.

Work was great but advertising misleading. Not two ours of work. They consider two people for one hour to be two hours of work.

There was a mix-up on the scheduled time/date, but when my husband called, Rich dropped what he was doing and came right over.

They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in the day I called. They came in, checked the panel, made the repair, and were done fast. They were really nice guys, I would definitely hire them again.

I had some glitches, due to the fact that one of the fans that I bought was defective. Rich and his coworker tried to figure out what was wrong, and determined the defect. So, I had to return that one, and get another one, and they had to come back to install the second one at a later time. They worked very quickly, knowing exactly what they were doing, and it looked great when they were done! Everything under their control went smoothly! They didn't waste anytime, and got right to work. They were very professional, and told me beforehand what to do, as far as putting a sheet down to minimize cleanup. I would definitely hire again for other projects. In fact, I spoke to them about some possible plans I had for this fall.

Rich and Vince came out to give us an estimate, completed part of the job that day and returned the next week to complete the rest; The price was reasonable and they did the work that we asked them to do.

The repair required the replacement of about 25 feet of entrance cable, the service entrance hood, wire clamps and connectors, and re-connections to the existing meter socket and electric company's wires. Everything went well. The job was completed in about two hours. Subsequently, the electrical work was inspected and passed without issue (Note: the inspection was a separate cost by a third party) . Overall, I am very pleased and would highly recommend this electrician.
