Mike made some adjustments to his schedule so I didn't have to miss any work. He showed up promptly with an assistant and in one hour the new chandelier was installed. This is the second time I called upon Mike and I will certainly use him again. Finding a good handyman isn't easy but now I'm set for future projects.

Mike responded in a timely manner and was extremely professional. He gave me an estimate and when I accepted, he immedialely performed the work. Although the gutter has not been put to the test of ice and snow yet, I can see that the water drains much more than it did previously. I had contacted several others, two never returned my call and a third never showed up when he said he would to give me an estimate.

He was prompt, courteous, and very helpful.

Anyone who has ever tried to chase down subs to perform work know Mike exhibited rarte qualities.

After several days of rain, a window in my house started leaking and became increasingly worse. I called Mike to take a look at the problem. He got back to me immediately and ended up coming out the next evening. He came back the next weekend to fix the leak. The work took him a couple hours on a Saturday afternoon and the problem was fixed. Mike didn't even charge me for the repair. I would definitely recommend Mike. He was courteous, punctual, and reliable. Thanks again Mike.

Mike returned my initial phone inquiry promptly. He relayed the cost estimate and the price for the job. He arrived on time. He completed his work without distraction. Cleanup was thorough. Mike was friendly and professional. I would use his services again without hesitation.

We experienced a broken pipe under our sink which ended up damaging both our kitchen and basement. Mike is a very conscientious and detail oriented contractor who does EXCELLENT work! I will definitely be calling him again! He and Matt (his coworker) could not have been more courteous, clean, or efficient!

His cost estimate was comparable to the other one we had received. He seemed very knowledgeable and capable, and seemed to have a good bit of experience in working on old houses. The only reason we did not hire him is that he gave us the estimate over the phone; another contractor, who we also liked, had provided a written contract and start date.

Mike's work was excellent, and both he and his crew were very professional and friendly. He was on time to work every day, and his estimate was spot on, with prices that are very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike on future work. In fact, we have three more jobs for him already!

We called Mike and he responded very promptly. He returned our call the same day and was at our hometo give us an estimate within 2 days. After his estimate, which we received within 48 hours, we hired him to do the work for us. He responded very promptly to everything. Mike and his worker, John did the painting of our kitchen which was a nightmare due to another contractor screwing up the paint job. We were not certain it could ever be really nice again, but Mike told us what kind of paint was needed and how the project should have been done. NOW our walls look spectacular! He also installed a multi-demensional mini glass backsplash for us. This was a fairly large area, but Mike took the time to make certain everything was perfect. We now have an absolutely fantastic looking kitchen. Mike ran into a power outage and still worked through the storm. He finished every detail of the job and even came back a 4th day to make certain everything was handled completely. Mike is a real pleasure to interact with, he is pleasant, very kind, polite and professional. He is a really hard and detailed worker! Our house was left neat and clean. Mike & his crew took care of several items that required skill but were too small to contract out to different tradesmen. He returned phone calls promptly & arrived on time (after one rescheduling) and did a great job with everything. His prices aren't cheap, but cheaper than hiring a professional plumber, roofer, electrician, etc.

It's been a great experience working with Mike! He is responsive, always calls back right away, arrives on time, is very diligent about his work and clearly takes it very seriously, he's tidy and thoroughly cleans up after himself and his prices are fair. I first called him about one month ago because I was hearing animal noises in my attic and wanted to make sure that everything was properly sealed. I was thrilled when he arrived to do the work and had already gone to the hardware store to buy a special screening material to seal the opening. I find that most people don't think ahead like that! He was meticulous about his work so I later hired him to paint the interior of my garage. Again, he did an outstanding job!

The only way our TV could be mounted was to have 2x4s installed behind the drywall. Mike arrived promptly as promised and he came with an associate. The first thing he did was to lay out drop cloths around the fireplace and all the way down the steps to the front door. After discussing exactly what I wanted he got to work. He had to run out and buy some parts so the entire project took about 5 hours. He did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with the results. He cleaned up everything and the living room was ready for entertaining with the new TV mounted expertly above the fireplace. Mike was professional, knowledgable and he did a perfect job. I would definitely recommend Mike for any job around the house. I plan to call him the next time I need work done.

Mike did a super job on my bathroom. He was punctual, neat and considerate, and did a few small extra jobs. He returned calls reliably. My bathroom looks great. Even more remarkable considering he was by far the lowest bidder on my project.

Michael was very precise and neat with all of his work. He was in my home when I went out shopping and I trusted him 100% . As a single person, this is such a priority in any work done in your home. When he completed one of the jobs, he would show me and also explain the directions in the manual for the device installed. Michael is prompt and responsible with the time he said he would come and worked straight through two full days. Michael called me from his cell phone when he was running ten minutes late. His work ethic and pride were evident in all the jobs that he completed. In addition, all materials were hauled away and the work space in the garage was immaculate. He also left me any supplies such as caulking that were left over from this service. Michael was prompt in giving me an estimate and the price was exactly what he quoted and wrote down. I would call him a superior worker and highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their home.

After claiming interest in performing work for me, he decided to back out stating concerns about safety in the part of town where the job was located. I find it poor form to waste my time and then notify me two days later that he was backing out rather than telling me then and there if he was not interested.

Mike did a fantastic job on the project. I gave him and his partner the keys to my house while I was out of town on business, and when I returned, I had a great-looking new bathroom. In all of my dealings with him, he was prompt and professional, and my house was clean upon my return.

Called and left messages with the 2 numbers provided, Mike promptly returned my call at the end of the same business day I called. Scheduled work easilty within a couple days of the call and showed up promptly when scheduled. Also brought an assistant to help with the work, which made time spent on the job more efficient. Upon arrival, Mike went to work on the gutters, and the assistant worked on the pet door. Mike took the time and attention to detail to inspect the gutters and roof and make adjustments to the gutters when needed. The pet door was also installed quickly, even though adjustments were a challenge, as it was a fairly flimsy door made from plastic. Both worked on the door until they got it adjusted and working properly. Overall, good attention to detail and efficient work. Feel the $ spent was fair for the time spent on the job (a little over 2 hours.) Am considering hiring them for a painting job and would hire again for other work on the house.

I didn?t have any complaints but one of the major problems I have in a bathroom he said he would have to get someone else to help him out with the job because he couldn?t do the job himself, which I wasn?t sure is what I wanted to do. But he returned my phone call and showed up promptly.

They are excellent. The workers show up on time. The work is thorough and they pay great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them. The prices are reasonable.

I called Michael to give me an estimate on installing a tile back splash in my kitchen. He was able to come to my house the very next day, and, after a few measurements, gave me a very reasonable estimate. My schedule is hectic during the week, but Michael was able to do the work on a weekend, which worked out perfectly for me. He came on a Saturday and Sunday, and took as much time as was needed to do a great job. He was very careful to clean up any mess that was made, and I wouldn't have known that he had been here by looking at the work area. I am so happy with the work and will definitely call him again for any future things that I need done at my house. Although the job took longer than he anticipated because of the particular tile that I used, he still only charged me exactly what he had given me as an estimate ($250). I gave him additional money because I was so happy with the job and with his flexibility of being able to do the work on a weekend. Thanks Michael!

As expected, Mike arrived on time, completed the jobs within said amount of time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. We had hired Mike previously to complete some drywall and electrical work and were so pleased with his level of professionalism and cleanliness that we knew we would use him again. We highly recommend Mike!!
