We have employees and their families who rely on our good name so they can continue to have jobs. Description of Work: Called to get our main sewer line cleared. It was backed up into the garage. I was told they would send someone out NEXT WEEK. So I guess we were supposed to stop using our plumbing until next week. No toilets, no showers, no dishwasher, no clothes washing. Guess they thought we'd go to a hotel until they showed up NEXT WEEK! Don't bother calling them. Got his brother Terry to come out same day...
