Description of Work: Called for estimate and they encouraged me to submit a request via their website. I submitted my information on 8/9/2010, but I haven't gotten a reply. I initially thought the website was a good idea, but it turns out that they do not send email confirmations nor follow-up with potential customers.

Description of Work: We had used Libertore for years, but after billing mix up last Feb, I told them not to return. They came in Sept anyway, did a very poor job and left a bill for 101. I called and told them I would NOT pay and for them not to return. Don't know what has happened. They used to be very dependable.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB. We spoke with the company three times over the last two months. The man on the phone was polite, told us that the company often does work in our community and assured us that they would clean our windows in the next two weeks. Two weeks passed....no activity. We called again. We were again assured that the work would be done within two weeks. Nothing happened. We made one follow-up call and were told that the cleaning truck could not enter our neighborhood because of road work (which was true), but that the crew would be back in the next week. NO ONE came by. This is unacceptable service. Our windows still have not been cleaned.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time. They did not clean up after themselves very well. After they left, I went around and wiped up the dirty drips of water under the windows and on the sills. The windows were OK. Some of them were streaky.

+ 0 moreI received a very prompt return call for the service, and was pleasantly surprised when they came for the estimate the same day. They were able to do the work that same afternoon. There were two workers, very polite and very professional. The work was completed perfectly and in a short amount of time. They knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done. I've scheduled them to come quarterly.
Description of Work: Cleaned windows (16), inside and out, and screens($60). Also cleaned gutters ($40.00)

+ -1 moreOverall, fast, efficient (2 people) and very good job of cleaning. Double glass windows removed and replaced in kitchen and family room. Kitchen windows needed to be removed and replaced after they were gone to slide easier. The price was excellent especially with discount.
Description of Work: They provided a prompt estimate and cleaned windows outside and inside for 3 floors.

+ -1 moreI AM VERY SATISFIED WITH LIBERATORE WINDOW CLEANING. THEY ARE PROMPT, REASONABLY PRICED AND RELIABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY EVEN GIVE US A BILL, WHICH WE THEN MAIL IN.
Description of Work: I CONTRACTED WITH THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN OUR OFFICE WINDOWS ON AN EVERY OTHER MONTH BASIS. THEY COME EVERY OTHER MONTH AND CLEAN APPROXIMATELY 15 WINDOWS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF AN OFFICE BLDG.
