Description of Work: My garage door was going up by itself. Henefeld installed my garage door opener so called them. They were pretty busy so took a couple of days for them to be able to come out. The first visit seemed to correct the problem but then the garage door went up again by itself. I called back and was told a more experienced rep would come out the following week. Fortunately he knew what the problem was right away and fixed it for good. All employees on the phone and in person were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: installed new liftmaster garage door opener, using existing wooden door. They were able to use old rails, door and were able to make adjustments and use their spare parts to make it work. (They were MUCH better than Sears approved garage door installers who had insisted I need to buy a new garage door from them, or warranty would be void.) Hennefield did a great job and did not try to sell me things I didnt need.

Description of Work: Henefeld Garage replaced some stripping around my garage door. We had our door painted and thanks to Henefeld I now know to never do that because it makes the door stick when the temperature rises. |When the time comes to replace the door I will be calling Henefeld Garage Doors.

 + -1 moreESTIMATE WAS ON TIME AND FAIR. WORK DONE WAS AS QUOTED. PUNCTUAL, VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, NO HESITANCY AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. EFFICIENT. REMOVED OLD DOOR AND CLEANUP WAS GOOD. I AM VERY SATISFIED. PRICE INCLUDES THE DOOR AND RE-FRAMING AND INSTALLATION.
