Ron is friendly, courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. He returned my phone call within an hour, estimated the next day and performed the work within a week. He arrived on schedule and finished in an hour and a half. The quality of hie work is excellent. I highly recommend Ron to anyone needing masonry or restoration work. You won't be disappointed.

Fisher Masonry came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair a storm damaged chimney. We accepted the bid and were put on the books for approximately two week later. On the day of repair the crew showed up on time and finished the work in a few hours. Prompt, professional, and quality service. What more can you ask for? Thanks!

Ron and his team was extremely professional providing both excellent craftsmanship and customer service. When I called for a quote, Ron was able to stop by the same day and fit us into his schedule the next week. The crew arrived that morning and set-up the scaffolding without even waking up the baby! They completed the work in one day. Ron was even kind enough to explore the bizarre workings of our old house to explain to me what exactly was venting out of that chimney. We were very impressed with Ron's work on the chimney and plan to call him back this spring for other masonry work.

We called Ron for an estimate at the end of the summer. Ron was punctual, professional, answered all of our questions and his work has been excellent on both occasions. His price is very reasonable given the high quality of the work. We plan to work with him again in the spring to repair exterior portions of a chiimney.

It went great. It was about a week and a half from the first time I met Ron until the job was done. If it weren't for Hurricane Sandy, the job would have been done earlier. He had looked at my chimney from the outside when I wasn't at home, and then came back and took a look at the inside of the chimney when I expressed concerns there. Both Ron and his staff were very professional and did a great job, cleaning up both outside and in when the job was finished. I would definitely use them again.

Ron returned my call promptly and came by the next day at the time expected. He inspected my chimney, relieved my worry about being able to use the fireplace, fixed a minor problem with the damper, and gave me advice about future use.

We scheduled for repair work to begin in two weeks, and he was there on the scheduled day. He and his two co-workers were very professional. The work was finished in one day. They cleaned up well. Mr. Fisher kept to the quoted cost. We are pleased with the work! The best part in that his estimate was more than $2,500 less than the first estimate I got from someone else!

We are purchasing a home and needed to find a contractor to do chimney repairs at the sellers expense. It's a tricky situation that many contractors do not want to have anything to do with. However I did get a prompt call back and they agreed to go out and look at the house. I even left a message offering to pay for the time spent to generate the estimate. They never went to the house to look at the work to be done and they never returned my phone call. While I understand that it is not an ideal situation but we did offer to pay for time and I'm disappointed that I never received a call back. I did find another contractor from Angie's list who went out to the house promptly had a look and give us an estimate and we will be using him for this job and many more in the future.

After I called they showed up next day to provide quote. Once I signed agreement they scheduled based on spring weather. The day they were on-site they showed up early and worked through lunch to ensure they could complete work before forcasted rain. They were prepared with tarps in case of weather. When they left work area was clean and you would never know they were there. I have additional work I have them quoting for future.

We are pleased with the work. Ron Fisher was the most professional of the 4 providers whom we contacted-- he got back to us promptly with an estimate for the job. He explained the limitations of working over the winter in Pennsylvania. We accepted the scheduling uncertainties associated with weather, but he kept us informed about his backlog of work and performed the job when he said he would. We gave him a 1/3 deposit on the job when we accepted his bid expecting that he would cash the check immediately, but he did not cash the check until he actually started the work. He is reliable and professional. He did what he promised.

Mr. Fisher was very prompt both in coming to give me an estimate and in scheduling and completing the work. It was done quickly and with no mess left for me to deal with.

Ron came out today to look at our fireplace and give us a second opinion after we had received an estimate for over $1600.00 to have our fireplace completely restructured by another company. He helped realign a damper that had gotten off track and walked me through how best to operate it. He pointed out that we should probably have the fireplace cleaned and repointed, but as far as the structure of the fireplace, he didn't see anything to indicate that we had a major problem as the other company had suggested. He helped us from potentially making a very expensive mistake and he barely charged me at all for his time. Very friendly and professional!
