Contact with Ron Fisher was delightful and prompt. He did the proposed work in a timely fashion and made a dramatic impact on the visual esthetic of the home by being extremely conscious of detail. He blended the work well to the existing structure. He exceeded my expectations and was thorough and neat.

I requested bids from 3 contractors. Fisher was the lowest. After checking the reviews, I contacted Ron and told him I was awarding the job to him. He said his schedule was full for about two weeks and that he would contact me a few days before he would begin the work. He call about two weeks later and said he would start that coming Tuesday or Wednesday and that it would probably take two day. That Wednesday, while I was at work, he showed up and started the project. Thursday he finished and left the bill in my mail box. If it wasn't for the repaired chimneys and the scaffolding I saw Wednesday night, I would have never know he had been there. I would have no trouble using Ron again. The job was done to specifications, on time and at the quoted price.

I am so impressed with Ron Fisher and Fisher Masonry. I had several quotes on this project and Ron received the job because he was professional, responsive and really took the time to explain the problem in detail and how he was going to fix it. He provided a written proposal and was able to start the project in a very short time period. I felt very comfortable having Fisher Masonry at my home while I was at work and would not hesitate to call Ron again for any brick/masonry projects. He really cares about the work he is doing and he matched my chimney brick perfectly. I couldn't believe the difference in the look of my roof/chimney! I am so happy to have this project completed before winter but I am most pleased to be able to tell anyone looking for an outstanding mason that Ron Fisher is simply the best.

Ron and team was great. Got job done quickly, and looks awesome. Very happy with the results. Price was not the lowest of quotes obtained, but on the lower end. Ron did a great job, and would hire back and tell friends and neighbors to use. Ron also tightend a window that was loose, and went out to get additional materials to make sure window was secure to house.....and did not charge use for that. That is a guy who cares about getting the job done correctly, with out trying to overcharge you. thanks Ron!

they came promptly at the scheduled times for the estimate and the work. did a great job, even repaired my stone light glass block. Which had been hit by a bb. Did a good job cleaning up. would highly recommend.

We started off with a little misunderstanding on when he was coming to look at the chimney, we thought he had forgotten about us but he ended up calling me to explain what had happened and I apologized for what had transpired. My husband has been recovering from a stroke and told him when he called we weren't interested. I have since talked to my husband and he is sorry and will let me handle things from now on. I was very thankful that we cleared up the misunderstanding and I am looking forward to having him fix the chimney in the spring after our roof is replaced. Usually the chimney is repaired before the roof but because we have a really weak roof around the chimney we are afraid it could cave in so we both agreed that waiting till the roof is done would be the safest way to handle it. After we have the work done I will follow up with another review.

We have an old home with a very tall chimney with significant deterioration allowing water to leak into the house. Mr. Fisher and his company were excellent. He was prompt & punctual when we first met. He critically looked at the job and provided a practical solution that involved lowering the chimney height and rebuilding the top so it actually matched the other two chimneys in the house. His bid was very reasonable. The work itself went very smoothly. His team was great. We have two large dogs that often do not appreciate contractors / workman in their yard. Mr. Fisher's team was understanding, and worked with me to make it less stressful on the dogs. They also had to coordinate with the roofer, who was there around the same time. Finally, they actually made a point of salvaging as many of the bricks as possible for us to use on other projects around the house. All of those facts gave them an A in professionalism. The work itself was also great. The chimney looks fantastic, and the wall with the water damage is really dry for the first time since we moved in. The detail work matches the other chimneys almost perfectly - you can tell it is newer, that is the only variation. As they were cleaning up once the job was finished, I pointed out one small detail that was missed. It was much lower on the chimney, so not in the sightline of their work. They promptly addressed it, and actually helped fix a few smaller things that I had missed. They cleaned up after themselves, and replaced all the patio furniture. I will absolutely use them again!

Dud a great job matching encrusting brickwork and blending. I was a big worried at first after acid wash but after all done if look great . He was very good explaining the work, showed up on time. Worked quick and cleaned up

We really had a hard time finding someone to even do this job because of the way the brick tied into the face of our house. Not only did Ron get the job done very quickly, but we are also so grateful with how good it looks. Even the mortar was a perfect match. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Staff was professional and hard workers. We were very pleased with the end result. The brick looks brand new.

I am very dissatisfied with his answer to me. Ron told me that he does not do tuckpointing for brickwork. He told me that he is primarily a brick layer. Ron gave me the name of another mason that does tuckpointing and said he would call me back with the contact information for the guy. Ron did not call me back, so I called Angie's List to get the contact information for the other company, as Ron told me that the other company is also on Angie's List. After talking with the neighborhood specialist from Angie's List, we could not locate the company Ron was suggesting to me on Angie's List. I asked to look at some of the reviews left on Ron because the neighborhood specialist stated that pointing is listed on Ron's profile as a service he provides. Nearly every review that was read to me had Ron performing some type of pointing for nearly every customer! Why would Ron lie to me and tell me he sets up scaffolding and lays bricks, but does not do pointing? It is listed right on his profile as a service he provides.

They did a fine job. They did not just do the basics, they did a little more. They are also very good to work with.

We had estimates from three brick contractors. Ron and one other contractor were comparable. When we called Ron he returned our calls, made a timely appointment to give us an estimate and when we called to confirm hiring him, he promptly gave us a date when he would do the work. His crew was courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job of matching the mortar as close as possible. Our home was built in 1939 and some work had been done in previous years. We would definitely hire Ron and his crew again.

Took about a month between the estimate and getting repairs done but Ron showed up early on the scheduled date, completed all the work on time, and held to the price estimate even though some of the work ended up being a little bit more extensive than it originally appeared. Ron was friendly, professional, and cleaned up the work areas afterwards. I'm very satisfied and I've already recommended Fisher Masonry to a friend looking for some similar exterior brick repair.

It was excellent. He did an excellent job all the way around. His communication, his work, the matching of the brick, his timing, his follow up - everything he said he was going to do he did. His crew was superb.

They worked above and beyond. They gave us a price and then I think they had to do more and they didn't add it and the colors and they got everything perfect. I would definitely use them again.

Ron returned all of our calls within a day. Ron called the day before our scheduled services to ensure everything was still good to go. What I liked about Ron was his desire to make it work without placing any burden on me (the customer) When he went out to look at our house the portion of the wall to be pointed was covered in vines. Since he could not see what was going on without removing the vines, he proposed the following, I will give you a solid days work from myself and a crew of two. We will put up scaffold, remove the vines, clean, point, re-lay and repair all we can in a single day for a fixed rate of $1,250.00 including all materials. I though this was fairly creative on his part and agreed. As it turned out Ron found the leaking roof problem and completely fixed it all and actually disposed all the vines he removed from the house.

Excellent. They were the only one to provide an estimate face to face, offer options & had the best price. Ron Fisher had an excellent, professional, & friendly crew. They were prompt for time & date of service. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the output. Mr. Fisher explained in great detail all the of intricacies of the job. He is a professional, meticulous, punctual contractor. Mr. Fisher had no problem implementing my own off beaten path ideas.
