Prompt and professional, work was completed with priorities and options stated.

The broken section was cut away, a mold was prepared, and the corner was re-cemented. Dan made a second trip to level out the step and to smooth the finish. It looks good. Dan kept me informed of when he would be coming to do the work, and made sure I was pleased with the finished product. It was a good experience.

The concrete steps were broken. They repaired the steps in a timely and professional manner.

Deal purchased trough Angie's list. We had a bit misunderstanding regarding the time of the work. But great professionalism they stayed late and were very detailed. It ended costing us more then the deal but the area was larger. They did a very good job.

Repaired concrete on front porch. Highly satisfied with final outcome. I brought up a slight concern with initial repair, but Damien resolved that by returning a second time & fixed the problem. Repair was very well done. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

My house is over 100 years old and built in a time when sandstone blocks were used for foundations. Over time, the sandstone breaks down and starts peeling off. Damon used a bonding material to reinforce those areas that had suffered the greatest decomposition. Yes, I was very satisfied with the quality of work. He and his colleague were friendly and professional in the way they handled the job. I downgraded in two categories because, 1) IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET THE WORK SCHEDULED, and 2) they were late in their arrival [on the day the work was to be performed]--although they did call to indicate they were on their way. Regarding the length of the wait: I find this to be a common issue with Angie's List service providers. You buy the offer, then you're told response has been so great that they can't do your job for six to eight weeks (or more). There should be a way of better handling what appears to be an all-too-common problem.

work was done on a professional manner. I would have liked the surface to be smother and cleaner looking than it turned out but it is not that noticeable so as long as the concrete doesn't crumble back down, the job was complete well enough.

Damon was very professional and nice. He came out and looked at the job then said he would get right back to us with a date. He called the next day, and even got to do the work for us a day earlier than expected. His work was excellent and we are considering having him replace our retaining wall in the back.

Demolition of approximately 8 concrete steps and attached concrete porch pad. 2. Cutting of rebar and jackhammering of the concrete. 3. Clean-up 4. Made 2 visits, one to sand, one to fill & paint the patio. Did a lot of work, however, they painted over a very visible patching job; the crack did not disappear. I asked on the 2nd day to feather in the concrete, allowing the patched line to blend in before painting, and they agreed but DID NOT proceed to do it. It is patched, but our families would never have left it looking scrappy, not great job. For the price, we expected a much better result.

Daimon promptly responded to my phone call and came to my property to provide an estimate. His quote of $3500 was about ballpark compared to estimates I had already received. He provided his insurance certificate without hesitation and started work on a Sunday, knowing I was under a time constraint to travel out of town within a week. During the four days of work, the team always arrived promptly and were very efficient and professional. The demolition work was finished in 2 days and 2 additional days were required to haul away all the debris. At my request, they left the foundation floor of the garage intact and before demolition, they carefully removed the garage door which was in good condition and for which I had a buyer. Upon completion, they covered the remaining foundation floor with the plastic covering I provided and left the property in very clean condition. Note: Checks are accepted, and there is a 3% service charge for credit cards.
