The guys are very professional and efficient. The house was done in one day and left cleaner then when they arrived.

I live in Virginia and was looking for a contractor in Pittsburgh to insulate the home my daughter occupies. After (1) reading the Home Advisor reviews on Casey Installation and (2) my first conversation with Bob Casey, I ended my search. The Caseys exhibited all the qualities I expect in professionals. They were proficient, informative, communicative, and responsive. The job was completed on schedule and the thorough cleanup was appreciated. Bob answered all my questions about the installation and Sean gave me and my daugther a tour after the work, detailing every aspect of the job. I would give the Caseys and their crew a sixth star, if possible.

Bob bid the job. He showed up with the crews on time as scheduled to show them what was agreed to They kept booties on their feet in order to keep my entry area clean They were polite and did everything they bid on as promised they also cleaned up the work area so I did not even have to vacuum

Easiest clean up after having contractors do work anywhere that I have lived. Great communication throughout the process. Same day follow up call from owner to make sure everything was done right.

Bob, Sean and the other two guys did an amazing job. VERY detailed, they treated my house as if it were theirs. They showed me the spaces to fill after they opened the walls in the attic. That gave me a chance to see my roof from the inside and know my house better. They also showed me their work before they closed the openings. They covered everything perfectly! They cleaned the place very well. I liked Bob and everyone in the crew, they are nice honest people. I recommend them without reservations. Wonderful job Bob!

The customer service was exceptional. The workers arrived on time and with little disruption to my every day schedule. They were very attentive to my needs and very careful to be clean and neat. They covered everything with plastic and did a great job of clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

Bob Casey is an absolute gem! He is honest, sincere and very knowledgeable. His crew is hardworking and meticulous. Our daughter's bedroom is located above our garage and was in desperate need of a quality insulation update. Bob walked through the room with me, writing notes and taking measurements as we spoke. He prepared the estimate right in front of me - no number crunching in a corner. When his crew left, very little dust remained. The crew even wore booties when entering our home, just another example of how they treat other people's property. A bonus - my 3 year-old took a liking to Bob's wall temperature gadget, which Bob shared :)

The installers were over an hour late. I called the owner after waiting for 30 minutes, and only then was I told they were doing something else and would be late. Whether it was an expected or unexpected delay, a phone call would have been appreciated. The owner knew of their delay before I even called and made no attempt to notify me. Otherwise, the job was done satisfactorily.

Shawn and his crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and neat (everyone wore shoe covers while walking on the carpet, something I really appreciated, and vacuuming the floors and stairs once they were done). They walked me through what they would be doing and got down to work. My home is already considerably warmer, the attic feels like a brand new space and the heat has only kicked on once in nearly three hours. My husband and I feel we absolutely made the right decision in hiring Casey Insulation.

The Casey Insulation team was great. In 1 1/2 days they did blow-in insulation for my attic and outside walls, installed attic fan and built up floor in attic for storage space. For those who wonder if this type of insulation really works, it does. This is the 2nd house I have had this type of insulation done and my heating and cooling bills have come down. Both homes were 2-story and before insulation you could feel temperature difference when going from 1st to 2nd floor. After getting insulation blown in for enire house we no longer feel that difference.

I had insulation blown in above the garage ceiling. Mr Casey, his son Sean & their team were prompt, polite, professional. They worked efficiently & neatly, cleaned up well afterward, & the price was right. A minor problem noticed the next day was quickly addressed, & corrected within 48 hours. It was a 5 star experience.

They did a great job. I was expecting to have alot of clean up and to my surprise I had almost none. I would recommend this company to everyone I know that wants to have insulation put into their home.

Although this contractor was a little more expensive than others, the response, quality of work, time frame within which the work was completed and experience was amazing (all within one week). Mr. Casey guided us through every step of the process and replied very promptly (faster than my wife!). The house was cleaner than when we left it (this may not be typical for all customers). Mr. Casey was honest and told us a few exterior walls were already insulated and he provided a refund. To compare the insulation performance, our heating bill compared between January and February of 2012 went from $165 to $75, with keeping our thermostat constant
