Description of Work: I know that the original visit was December 23, but due to unforeseen problems,he had to return at a later date to complete the job! The work entailed installing a new fan light combination in the bedroom,taking an old light fixture from an older fan and installing it on an other fan. Installing a new security light on our patio as well as adjusting one on our garage and finally installing a three prong wall fixture.. |Problems arose when one light fixture for the older fan could not be used on a newer fan and he had to find a newer light attachment to attach which proved hard to find. |He finally got everything together and promised to be at our home on the 30th which he did and completed all the work we asked of him at a very reasonable price!!

 + -1 moreHe was a little late but he gave me his cell phone and came shortly afterwards. He was very patient and made many calls back and forth with his office and with me and his cell phone. His price was very reasonable considering the time he spent and the need to check 3 lines for problems.
Description of Work: Steve Nydes did a complete inspection of the house for any faulty telephone wiring. After finding no problem with the wiring in the house, he verified that Verizon was responsible for the faulty reception. He wrote me a note which I showed to Verizon & Verizon reluctantly agreed to fix the wiring from the pole to correct my service. He even called me back to find out if Verizon had followed up & if there were any problems with the phone.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Steve was very responsive. He overcame hurdles which he did not plan for (outdated parts that could not be replaced). He also had to deal with very high ceilings (17'), and he was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend his work.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE GUY WAS PROMPT, CAME ON THE DAYS THAT HE SAID HE WOULD. HE APPEARED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, WAS EFFICIENT, AND CLEANED UP HIS MESS. HE SHOWED US THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD TAPED OVER THE LIGHT-SENSOR ON THE OUTDOOR LIGHT, AND REMOVED THE TAPE. IN THE YEAR SINCE THE SERVICE, WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK THAT HE DID.
Description of Work: REMOVE THREE OLD OUTDOOR LIGHT FIXTURES AND INSTALLED NEW ONES THAT WE BOUGHT. MOVED A CEILING FAN FROM A HALLWAY TO A BEDROOM. INSTALLED LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE CEILINGS OF TWO ROOMS. REPLACED A LIGHT SWITCH THAT WAS HEATING UP AND SHORTING.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE FAIR. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL AND TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO COME TO DO THE ACTUAL WORK. THEY WERENT AS NEAT AS SOME COMPANIES IVE USED.
Description of Work: INSTALLED CEILING FAN IN CEMENT CEILING THAT HAD NO OUTLET FOR A FAN. HAD TO PUT IN A CONDUIT.
