After they completde a big job, they missed a spot and I was not able to reach them to have it fixed.

The owner of the company evaluated my problem on a Saturday, correctly diagnosed the problem, and had a tram out in a few days to perform the work. The team was friendly and cleaned up after the work very well. Overall, everything I could have asked for.

This is very hard work and the men did a great job! They cleaned everything up, too.

The guys that did all the work at my house were great. They were friendly and professional and made sure I always knew what they were doing. The job was not easy but they completed the inside work in the time they said. There was outside work where Mother Nature conspired against them for 2 weeks so they had to come back. A piece of advice make sure you get the battery backup which I did not get originally but it’s coming

Very fast to schedule and complete the work!

Great job, replaced old draining system from previous owner and placed a French Drain around the basement alleviating my water issues. Only issue I had is that they removed a 1 yr old Sump Pump and never gave it back after my request numerous times. That's been at least 3 months ago. Good group of guys!

Very professional, a crew of 8 came and spent only about five hours re-doing the draining system of my basement, and treating the mold. The work was excellent and I have had a dry basement ever since!

Make sure you contact your insurance company Before entering into a contract to waterproof your basement. My insurance company upbraided me for getting the work done Before they had a chance to see the damage and denied my claim. Maybe they would have denied it anyway, but this was a lesson learned for me.

Waterproofing One did an outstanding job waterproofing my basement. They were very professional when they were on site. They made sure no dust entered the living space and covered everything in the basement and kept it free from the dust. they were quick to start the job and finish my basement in less than 2 days. They followed up after the job was done and made sure I was happy with work and to call if I had any issues or concerns.
