The price was a bit high in my view ($285 per person-hour)

Had evidence of water seeping thru repaired settlement cracks but one call to company had crew out to do additional work. Time will tell if the additional repairs stop my foundation leaks. Workers were courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed.

The sales rep that came out for the estimate explained everything thoroughly, so I was prepared for the work to be done. The 3 guys that did the work were very nice, made sure they went over everything with me, cleaned up any messes before they left and worked really hard to make sure the job was done on time. I would definitely recommend this company!

They made sure the carpets were protected, they put plastic up around the job so dust did not go through the house, very professional and did a great job.

After not having any problems at all with my finished basement for the first 6 years since we bought the house, I suddenly found myself with a drenched carpet and saturated drywall in one corner of the basement following several consecutive heavy downpours this summer. I went with Waterproofing One after getting opinions and estimates from several other competitors. I decided to go with them not only because their price was the most reasonable of the quotes I received but also because of the overall feel I got from them when they came to give the estimate. I was impressed with their knowledge of the issue and their proposed solution (interior French drain with pump) and also because it was provided without the sales pressure tactics or other gimmicks employed by many of their competitors. When they did the work the technicians were thorough efficient and friendly. They provided a full explanation of exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They set up a containment area keeping the rest of the basement free of dust. They completed the work on time and cleaned up everything when they were done. I had a somewhat unusual request in that I wanted to use a new credit card which would allow me to get 50K bonus frequent flyer miles if I paid for the work using that card. The problem was the card hadn't arrived in the mail yet when they came to do the work - they worked with me on that as well. Following the completion I had an issue with some water still coming in from a location beyond the caption area of the drain system. They came right away and installed a window well and white capped an entire section of the foundation wall without additional charge. In other words they give a straight honest opinion of what you need to address your issue, give you a very fair price for the high quality of workmanship they provide and then they stand by their work. Beware of anyone who gives you the feeling you're talking to a used car salesman in your own house. Unfortunately based on my experience there are too many of them in this business. But you won't get that feeling with Waterproofing One.

Professional and competent

Excellent service. One day to put in 75 feet of French drain. The guys hustled. Adam was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Sebastian and Daniel and the other guys were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up when they were finished. The whole job took less than 2 days.

I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone.

Waterproofing One did a great job. Steve came Thursday night to estimate the job and had it completed the next day. I could not ask for better service. Drywall needed to be patched, carpeting needed to be removed, and installation of foundation drains out front of our home were installed by two great workers. Work is guaranteed.

They were able to get the job done quickly, though it cost ALOT of money. It was hit or miss with them responding to my follow-up questions.

Andy and his crew did a great job waterproofing our basement. Before Andy and his crew waterproofed our basement, the basement was damp, smelly, and was prone to standing water. Andy and his crew removed all water damaged interior walls, put a French drain around the perimeter of the basement, installed a Sump pump, install new downspouts, cleaned and graveled all the window wells. He and his crew did all this work in about three days. The best part of the work that Andy and his crew did is that the basement is now DRY. Even after several heavy rain storms, the basement is dry. I recommend Andy and his crew for anyone who has a basement that is damp musty, and prone to standing water. They will get the work done quickly and when they're finished the basement will be dry. Thank you, Andy, for your great work and your reasonable price.

Great job. We had our basement waterproofed (drainage system and walls). We also had glass block windows installed. They look great. Couldn't be happier with their work. Would definitely recommend them.
