Everyone was great from the scheduler to the carpet cleaner.

Professional start to finish. On time, great results, polite, very careful of furniture worked hard and got out old stains with no problem.

They finished in 90 minutes; I was expecting 4 hours.

Very well. On time, very pleasant, did a very thorough job. Had some wicking (a new term for me) for one really tough stain. They have a 14 day guarantee, so they came right back and tackled that spot again. Looks really great. Would definitely use them again.

I called Angelo's on a Friday afternoon to order the Big Deal on area rug cleaning. Promptly on Monday morning a staff member called me to set up an appointment to pick up the rug for cleaning. When Curtis arrived to pick up the rug for cleaning, he told me there would be an additional charge of $50.00 for removal of pet odor. Although the promised date to return the rug was approximately 7 to 10 business days, Angelo's actually needed a month to work on the rug, since the odor was so bad. (My only complaint would be that no one from Angelo's called to tell me that more time was needed to work on the rug; I had to call Angelo's after waiting almost a month, to inquire when the rug would be ready.) The rug was delivered back to me promptly by appointment, and Curtis carried the rug to a new location in my home, where the cats were not able to "decorate" the rug any further. The rug is now clean and odor-free and I can now appreciate how beautiful the rug really is! While delivering the rug back to me, Curtis was also able to give me a very reasonable estimate on cleaning the loft area in my home. All in all, Angelo's delivers! Prompt call-back to set up appointments. Prompt arrival for appointments. Courteous service. Very reasonable prices. What's not to like??

It went well. I wanted to have my carpet stretched but they said that would be an extra cost. They were on time and were very nice. I would use them again if I needed to.

We rent our home and were reluctant to spend a lot of money on professional carpet cleaning. I had finally reached a point where I could not bear it any longer! I am a new member to Angie's List and did not hesitate to call Angelo's Carpet Cleaning that was one of the businesses recommended in an Angie's List e-mail. The price was very reasonable and I couldn't wait. The curteous office staff promptly booked me for the next week and had given me an estimate over the phone. Curtis and Mike were right on time, introduced themselves and quickly assessed my carpet dilemma, explained what they would do, and got to work. They even made friends with my constantly yapping dog to settle her down. (An added bonus!!) I tried to not get my hopes up too high knowing the task they'd been given was more than a challenge, but when they called me in to inspect their work I was stunned beyond belief. No gray steps leading up to the second floor (naturally beige I came to find out!) and no multitude of spots in the Master Bedroom! To say I was thrilled was an understatement. We had decided to just do the steps and our bedroom to see how it worked out and when my husband got home, saw the bill and the magnificent results, he quickly replied "Why didn't you just get them to do the whole house?!" Which I intend to do very soon. Thanks Angelo's Carpet and expecially Curtis and Mike, my miracle workers!

I paid for the service on the Angies List website with my credit card. The vendor called and left a message on my voicemail that they do not sevice my location in New Jersey. I called Angies List to inform them as to the vendors message and they refunded my credit card payment.

The guy who came out was on time, explained everything, told me what products he was going to use, walked around and identified problems areas with me, finished the work promptly, and was very polite. I had a good experience with is company.

My friend was hous sitting and arrived before I did. They arrived on time. and explained that some stains may not get removed and the matted down parts of the carpet may not life either. I advised her to sign off on that. When I arrived they were already in process. When they were done the carpet was wet but not saturated. they redid the one spot I requested and it did look better. I highgly reccommend doing this type of cleaning before your furniture is moved in. Youi can see the whole area better to make a decision if you would like them to re do a spot.

The flooring was installed 10 years ago, shortly before I moved into my condominium unit. The flooring is marble in the bathrooms and engineered wood throughout the rest of my home. There was minor warping in a few small areas due to a prior leak but not significant enough to repair or replace. What I wanted was to have the flooring thoroughly cleaned and the sheen restored. I contacted Angelo's, and they sent out an estimator who arrived exactly on time, measured my unit and estimated the cost ($820) based on what I had requested (clean and refinish the hardwood and polish the marble). When the technicians (Mike and Lizz) arrived the next week (also on time), they informed me that the hardware coating could not be used due to the type of flooring material, but that they could do a thorough cleaning and buffing. Also, they told me the marble polishing machine could not fit in the shower, so they had to clean and polish that part of the floor by hand. Eliminating these steps cut the price in half. The result was very clean and buffed floors. Granted the scuffs and scratches were not eliminated as I had hoped, but I felt that the work they did was well worth the expenditure. I also appreciated their caution in not doing anything that might damage my floors.

They did a really nice job and they spent time on prepping it. It smelled better than I thought it would. I liked that they took the time to explain everything they were doing. It was the most expensive one but I got better results than I expected. There was one stain that he told me he probably couldn’t get out; he was pretty spot on about that. He was straightforward and he took time with me before and after to answer any questions I had. It took them about two hours to clean the three rooms.

My Husband and I just moved into a new home and we wanted to do an overall carpet cleaning as well as have some significant stains removed, before the movers brought in our furniture. Prior to Angelo's effort, two of the rooms had such significant staining we had changed our furniture layout/plan as to hide/cover-up the stain. Angelo's Carpet arrived right on time and did a full walk through of our home. They did an extremely thorough job, never seemed in a rush, and removed stains that I really thought would be impossible to remove. The rooms that I thought would be impossible to clean, CAME OUT SPOTLESS! I was really amazed! Now we can arrange our furniture the way we had originally hoped, and not try to contort it to cover up the spots. We also had our dryer vent cleaned. Angelo's cleaned the vent from the inside and the outside of the house to ensure the entire line was free of debris. We could see that it had not been cleaned in several years, so this was a big job, and something we wanted for safety. My Dad is in the commercial real estate business (and was also at our home when Angelo's Staff was working), so naturally he had a number of questions. Anglo's Staff answered all of my Dad's questions, and even described the different techniques they used to get out the different types of stains and the equipment for the dryer vent. They really took pride in their work! I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and will definitely hire them again! Thank you Angelo's!

Angelo's completed my carpet, upholstery and dryer vent cleaning task within a few hours. My carpets had not been cleaned for over 8 years and the floors looked spectacular when completed. They were also able to get the stains out of a badly soiled area between my basement and garage. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Also, I received an email following the appointment from Lizz explaining that she was able to save us $50 off the price of the dryer vent cleaning... That is always a plus! Angelo's accepted credit card payment over the phone, which was a plus for us. Neither my husband nor I could be there when the cleaners arrived - my renter did the walk through with them, so being able to pay over the phone helped us out a lot. The price seemed high, but it was comparable to the other companies we contacted. I would recommend Angelo's for future work in our home or to anyone looking for a referral.

Fantastic from start to finish, very honestly agreed that the bedroom carpet was looking as clean as he would be able to get it already! I could not recommend these guys more ... The whole experience was a good one ...

The technicians worked diligently to clear out blockage despite complications and convoluted venting system. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service! I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule me the very next day. They were early for the appointment the next morning. The work was nicely and professionally done. I would hire them again.
