I had a flood in my basement. I called these guys out to come fix the problem. They did great service and for a fair price. I never had the problem again and I am pretty much happy. They showed me what was the problem and they showed me what might
have caused it. I must say these guys were great service men.

I had water flood in the basement. I looked online and found these guys. I must say they came out fast and help me right out. The service man did a great job and the problem is fixed. I am glad to say I never had the problem again and they did a wonderful job. They gave me there card just in case I had any other problems and they will give a discount for future services.

They promised me a written estimate BEFORE starting the work but I never received it. They came back to the house, installed fans (which knocked out the electricity for part of my family room and laundry room). They also told me I couldn't open my garage (the power went off for the garage as well).  Later that night they did send the written estimate which did not include any the work they promised (insulation namely). I immediately sent them an email letting them know their estimate was exactly what the competitor offered to do but $500 more! They refused to match the price so I told them they need to come get their equipment ot of my house the next day and I would only pay for the day's work of drying--which I figured was $600--but they already charged my card $700 so I was out of that $100.  Not only did they show up--they brought the police and tried to call my realtor to complain to her.  She asked them did I owe them money--their reply..."no"..so she said "well, what do you want us to do?"...they hang up.  Their initial quote by the way was $1200 above the competition---they were trying to rip me off big time!
This company is so fraudulent...do not use them ever.

Better experience than I expected. 
We had problems with our dishwasher and it finally broke. As a result we had sustained mold and water damage to our kitchen, and about 70% of our house was damaged. 
we looked for a local water damage company, and a friend  gave me the number of "the Squad Water Damage". I made a phone call  and  spoke with a gentlemen from there office at night time. He was very polite and dealt with the matter professionally, answered all the questions I had and was able to give me a reason as to why this whole mess had happened. On the very same night, a technician came to our home and started to dry things out immediately at night time, he was polite, clean, and took care of the matter swiftly. I was very pleased on how quickly they responded to the emergency.
The Squad Rep was able to support our counter-top with wooden beams when demolishing the cabinets on both sides of the dishwasher and minimize the damage to the cabinets and prevent damage to the counter-top and by that saved us from a much bigger project. The dedication and skills were outstanding, and made us very happy. I recommend The Squad Water Damage for all the services they provide.

He was not very through, was too busy talking about issues of the day than to give me a good estimate.  He did point out work that needed to be done, but he wanted to charge me to give me an actual proposal!  He gave me a 'ball park' figure of the cost, but would not put anything in writing.

I was shocked when i returned from my vacation in Florida to find that my living room was wet. Seem that one of my pipes in the wall had cracked and had flooded threw. I called The Squad and was surprised at how fast they where able to have someone out to talk to me. The technician was able to go over different payment options until we found one that fit best for my financial situation. He was also able to stop the water leak and provide me with a plumber that  could fix the pipe. The tech was able to inform me of the process that would be taken in my situation and also what materials would be used. He was professionally dress in a label shirt and also had a labeled van. The technician had no problem  answering any of my many question i had  while the work was taking place. I am very satisfied with the work and treatment of this company.

The squad technician test the mold and advised a treatment, also he took care for the damage of the water to my ceiling.
I am very satisfied with the service and the price , and most definitely recommend that company.
