Streamline Drain and Plumbing Service, LLC

Wastewater backup into our basement. We called a company named Draino first. They didnâ t even want to go into our house to check, but gave us an estimate of 3800 to dig up the sewage line connecting to the main to change the trap. We wanted to be sure thatâ s what needed to be done, so we contacted Streamline drain and plumbing services to get a second opinion. Ray showed up and was able to unclog the pipe connecting to the main within 10 minutes and charged us 150 for the job. I am so grateful and impressed with Rayâ s work and professionalism. Thank you Ray for being so nice, fast and honest. You really made my day.

Ray had good communication with me as we discussed the project and kept me updated on the process prior to the actual job. He arrived about 20 minutes early which is much nicer than sitting around waiting for hours after the scheduled appointment. Ray did a great job installing the water heater. The job took as long as stated and cost what Ray estimated. Ray kept me informed every step of the way during his work. I also asked Ray for one add on, a gas shut off valve to the water heater. It was lacking because the home builder took many short cuts, and this was one of them. That was a very modest additional cost which I expected. Ray's work looks nice and works great! I highly recommend Ray and Stream-line Drain and Plumbing Service!

I can't say enough about Mr. Ray. I was very upset about a basement flood. He arrived and assured me everything would be ok. He unclogged/cleared out the drain and explained the problem. He showed me a map of the plumbing within the house and took his time to make sure that I understood exactly what had happened. He was very kind and got the job done at a better than expected price. Ray was friendly, arrived early which was great, the price was less than I expected, and he explained the condition of the drain and plumbing line in way that was comprehensible.

Ray was an amazing Plumber. On time and very professional. Quoted me a price on the phone and stuck with the price even though he was here for nearly 4 hours and had to pull up a toilet. No additional charges! I high recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing problem. His work also comes with a guarantee.

I wrote a review on Streamline a few weeks ago but now I can't seem to find it. I'm taking the time to review Streamline again because Ray is an absolutely amazing guy and amazing plumber. I've used Ray on 4 separate occasions (different problems due to a very old house) and he always does excellent work for an extremely reasonable fee. Ray is also one of the most authentically nicest guys I've ever dealt with. Every time I needed a plumber, Ray came out the very next morning. Originally, Ray had to fix a problem another plumber caused. I will NEVER use another plumber as long as Ray is around. I cannot say enough about Ray and Streamline. Please tell him Rona sent you.

I promise you will never hire another plumber after calling Ray!! I have a very old house so naturally I have had some plumbing issues over the years. I have hired Ray on 4 different occasions for different plumbing problems. Each time I've called Ray he comes out the very next day. Yesterday I called him at 6 PM about a non-urgent cracked pipe (related to the freezing temps) and he came out to my home at 9:30 this morning. Ray does excellent work and his prices are extremely reasonable. He seems to really like what he does and is always so pleasant. I really can't say enough good things about him. He is one of the nicest guys around but also does great work.
