With over 20 years experience as a Licensed and Insured Public Adjuster in PA, NJ, and DE, we can ensure professional and diligent claim representation. Services we offer

We offer free policy and property evaluation. We represent your intereset for any Property Damage to your Home or Business caused by Fire, Water, Vandalism, Roof, Mold, Smoke, or Plumbing. As your Public Adjuster we report the claim, provide estimates for building and personal property, and generally handle the claim on your behalf from start to finish.

Services we don't offer

We do not handle Automobile Claims.

Description of Work: I had severe damage to my home and my insurance company was giving me the runaround. That's when I contacted Joe Tenuto of PREMIER PUBLIC ADJUSTERS, on a weekend none the less, and he was out to see me that week. He assessed the damage, told me what I was entitled to per my policy, took care of the insurance mumbo jumbo I didn't understand & paperwork and best of all I didn't have to deal with the slimy insurance company Joe did all that. He was always available to answer calls, texts and emails or returned them promptly. My claim was finalized in only a month. Wish I had reached out sooner!

Description of Work: They negotiated a settlement with our home owners insurance after we had water damage from a burst pipe. The process was efficient and I think they received a settlement that was higher than what we might have had on our own. They are payed a percentage of the settlement.

Description of Work: It turned out that my damages from the ice damming were really a matter of roof/structure maintenance, not damage, so they steered me away from starting a claim that would have been futile anway. They are very helpful and honest in their evaluations of damages and actions that can be realistically taken.
