Dry rot, Water or Pest Damage Major Repair
Joe and his team were great in getting the damage evaluated, corresponding with the insurance company and ultimately getting the funds to get the roof damage repaired. Highly recommend him for any damage to your home.

They were excellent and stress free. They made everything so easy for us. Constantly has been in contact with us. They made our lives so much better. The staff was knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and courteous for helped us when our kitchen ceiling collapsed due to a cracked pipe. We've recommended their service to several people and would absolutely use them again. They were extremely helpful!

It went fine it just took a long time to get it finished. It was in the winter time and it wasn't their fault but I would have wished they would have been in contact with the insurance adjuster so we didn't freeze all winter. They could have been able to get in touch with the adjuster and step up his work a little bit. I felt they dawdled on that a little bit. They did the best they could under the circumstances. I should have probably dumped the insurance company but I've had them since I moved in here and that was 33 years ago.

They were prompt and professional. We received more from our claim than I think we would have if we had not used them. They took a percentage of the claim which I thought was on the high side, but I still think we came out ahead
