It went fine it just took a long time to get it finished. It was in the winter time and it wasn't their fault but I would have wished they would have been in contact with the insurance adjuster so we didn't freeze all winter. They could have been able to get in touch with the adjuster and step up his work a little bit. I felt they dawdled on that a little bit. They did the best they could under the circumstances. I should have probably dumped the insurance company but I've had them since I moved in here and that was 33 years ago.

The provider was recommended by a water damage firm that was highly rated on Angie's list. The representative called back promptly, visited (I stayed home from work for this purpose), reviewed damage on multiple levels of our house, and indicated that they would be in contact within a day or so with further details about how we could proceed. After two days, I contacted the representative, and was assured that they would be in touch within a day. Heard nothing further from them. Waste of time. I did receive a nice refrigerator magnet.

They got mold remediation in immediately to my house. They arranged to be there when the insurance adjuster came for inspection. I got more than the original offer even after paying their fee. I would never file a claim again without their help.
