Description of Work: paid the $199 in advance through Angie's List; then paid an extra $125 for duct sanitizing and dryer vent cleaning once he got here. The man was very thorough and showed me the years worth of accumulation in my ducts; which was upsetting since I get them cleaned on a regular basis....this means the last person I used throughout the years was not actually getting the ducts clean. I would definitely use this service again.

However, at the end he gave me an additional bill that I was not expecting. Extra fees were not made clear at the time. It seemed shady and I didn't appreciate it.

I had purchased a coupon that was honored, but because the house has two systems and more vents than what the coupon was for, we arranged for an updated price that included the coupon. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Judging from dust settling on the furniture between cleanings, the dust level in the home seems to have gone down considerably. No up selling involved. Before buying the offer I checked with them about what exactly was included and because this was for my parents, I didn't want them pressured into buying anything additional. The response to my questions was quick and included the magic words "we don't upsell". | |The tech (Joe) called in advance as promised and arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous, explained exactly what to expect, and took time to answer all my father's questions. He went about his business as explained and we felt very comfortable with him in the house. Getting around the house was probably "a little" challenging, but it didn't seem to phase Joe at all. | |I have been skeptical about the vent cleaning, but my father wanted it. When I saw the dirt and clogged filter that came out of the suction device Joe used, I am now a believer!
