Description of Work: They came and cleaned all the ducts and vents in the house, the dryer vents, and the heater. They found a ridiculous amount of dust, which I am so glad is no longer in my house! Very friendly service, explained everything that was being done. Great job!

Description of Work: once we got the logistics settled on an appointment it was great. Initially they had us down for the wrong day and therefore didn't show the first time but I think it was an honest mistake. They were excellent when they got here.

It has to do with an internal scheduling problem. They let me know to contact Angie's List regarding my refund. They were very helpful in making sure things went well for me. It was just a scheduling issue.

The only item was they need to use some shoe covers in the house to insure carpets don't get dirt on them. Our carpets were fine, just see others house repair professionals use the shoe covers/.

Description of Work: Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning did just that: cleaned all our supply and return ducts. Later on I found that just one duct still had some dust left in it. Our household air has had noticeably less dust in it since the work was done. It was a lot of work for the technician. The tech was professional and polite. The price was very reasonable. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that a fairly large area was needed to be cleared around the furnace/air-handler for him to set up the big vacuum device that he would connect to the duct work. Overall we are very satisfied with the work and will likely use them again. One should recognize that this company is not associated with the similarly named Lowe's home improvement companies. This was the first contract that I arranged through Angie's List and I'm pleased with the results.

Description of Work: we purchased a special deal through Angie's list. The purchase was made in mid May but we were unable to schedule service until late June. The operator called before the arrival time to confirm his arrival time and did a great job! Our house was built in the 40's and the vents had NEVER been cleaned! We filled the Hepa vacuum. The entire job took about two hours.
