They were very professional and did a very good job. The man that was came out was very nice and very considerate of our home while doing his work.

The person who came was extremely professional and helpful. It was a torrential downpour on that day but he insisted on going outside and crawling under our deck to make sure the clothes dryer vent was totally cleaned out. We will use them again when it is time to get the vents cleaned. I recommend them unreservedly.

Very pleased with the service. The appointment was scheduled quickly with no issues. The technician called 30-minutes in advance of appointment and arrived during the appointment window. He was very professional and performed a high-quality job. I will use Lowe's again, and recommend their service.

Everything went great! They sent out one individual to do the work. While he was there he was great with my dog which was nice. He gave me feedback about my filter. He said we had one-month filters in there and they were clearly in there longer than one month. He gave me the number of the right kind which was very helpful. I have had this service done before and this price was the best.

He was on time, set up, and explained everything that was going on. He gave recommendations and was done in about 3 and a half hours. You can tell the difference when you walk into the house.

I was pleased with their service man Marc. He was what a contractor should be; outgoing ,energetic and pleasant. He did a remarkable job removing each vent and replacing them the same way . I would recommend this service !

Lowe's Air duct cleaning did a fantastic job we're 100% satisfied with the service they were very professional. We just moved into a new house and wanted to have the duct work cleaned to have a fresh start. For the work they do compared to some of the other companies their price was extremely reasonable. They showed up on time, explained the cleaning process in detail, and thoroughly cleaned our system with no disruption to our home. They surpassed our expectations, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.

Vacuumed up lint that flew outside, but missed quite a bit. The service man was courteous and punctual and charged the low end of what was quoted. Overall I was satisfied.
