Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

I purchased the deal on 8/28/2015. 9/25/2015 was the first date that I was available and Lowes had an open slot. Shortly after 8:00 AM, Serge called to tell me that he would be at my house at 9:20. At precisely 9:20, my doorbell rang, and Serge was waiting on my porch. He was wearing a shirt that said Lowes on it, so I could immediately tell who he was. When I opened the door, he immediately identified himself and, once he had entered, asked if he could keep his shoes on. Serge then asked to see my furnace. Once he had examined the ducts, he explained that he would need to put holes in them to attach his vacuum and would seal them afterwards. He also asked to see all of the vents in the house and told me that he would remove the covers on the intake vents and that this could scratch the paint surrounding them. Once he had removed the first vent cover, he called me over to show me the duct, which was filthy, and told me that no one had cleaned it in about 30 years. I purchased my house almost two years ago and had no idea of what previous owners might have had done. Since the house was built in 1965, it's entirely possible that no one had cleaned the air ducts in 50 years. Serge then proceeded to clean and vacuum the ducts, sanitize the vents, and clean the dryer vent, all of which took about three hours. He was polite, professional, and, as far as I could tell, thorough. If I have any complaint, it is only that he did not show me what he had done and review what he had found once he had completed the work. However, I did watch what he was doing during part of the three hours that he was working and noted that he was careful and thorough.

We had to wait several weeks to be scheduled, but the work and overall finished job were outstanding. Would highly recommend this service.

If you want someone to run around your house quickly ( because he has two other jobs that day) and not speak to you and shoot dirt all over your house while simultaneously trying to clean your vents, you should hire this company. It could have just been this particular service technician, who had all the right equipment, but he could have been more careful and more professional so as to not get dirt all over our house. We'd probably use them again if we got a different technician.

I called a few times after purchasing the big deal to clean and sanitize all my vents and dryer vent. The service was scheduled. They cut holes in your vents to perform the service. It takes a few hours for the work to be completed. The service described was performed.

It went just fine. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect, and am not sure how to know if they did a good job, but the air seems fresher, and they worked hard.

Service was on time and took the anticipated two hours. After suffering from awful smelling ducts for a couple of years, I only wish I'd called them sooner: no more funky smell! I hope I don't need their services again for a few years, but when I do, I'll hire them again.

Sergi called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would be there. He explained exactly what he was doing and answered our questions. Very meticulous and cleaned up everything befor leaving. Very nice young man. Even before the day of service they were Very accomodating regarding the appointment date/time. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and we hope to use them again in the future.

This is the second time I've used them. Ours is not an easy house to do (have to climb under our deck). Always professional and good-natured. I highly recommend this company.

The contractor called before coming and got the job done within 2 hours. Very nice and worry free!

Technician called before arrival and showed up on time. Was professional and explained entire cleaning process before he began. Using a camera probe the tech was able to show me what the vents looked like before and after the job was complete. Would use again, good work.

It went fantastic and they did it on a Sunday. Everything is a lot cleaner which, is lovely. They did a good job. It was only one guy and he was very polite. He did a good job cleaning up after himself.

Awesome service provider. Ducts were so filthy from previous owner being a smoker and having cats. Cant believe how much dust / debris came out of the vents. Highly recommended~!!!

I am very pleased with the overall experience with Lowe's! Although I had to wait quite a while to get an appointment, I am glad that I waited. Bruno, the technician, was so friendly and so thorough. He did an excellent job and informed me at every point what he was doing. The before and after photos of my vents are amazing! They are so clean!!!

Lowe's did a great job. We recently purchased a 40 year old home and then redid the wood floors and painted all rooms. Needless to say, the house was dusty and the HVAC system was quite disgusting. Lowe's came on time and were diligent in cleaning every vent/return. We moved from an apartment where one of our small children had breathing issues for months and after we moved in, his issues disappeared completely. We will definitely use them again when it's time to clean out the HVAC system.

Service was done. I didnt notice that all ducts were sealed to really get the suction done but the contractor showed me what he got out. Contractor was very nice and very kind. Very professional

Personable and professional. He knew what had to be done, and did it well. Can't remember the price, but it was a big deal, and it was reasonable.

The provider did a full house duct cleaning. It took about 2hrs. The service tech called 15min before arrival, performed a professional job, and cleaned up after he was done. No issues or complaints.

It was all good and the rep showed in a video , about the dirt in my vents
