Irish Pride Hardwood Flooring

These guys were great! Their customer service was excellent, and their quality of work was amazing. Dan took a Sunday appointment to come visit our new home and gave us a good price on refinishing the floors. His advice on recommendations for the floor were good, but it was his professionalism and confidence in their flooring capabilities are what sold us. We were working with one company and pursuing a quote from a second company before calling Irish Pride, but they were the best by far. Dan s response time and knowledge for his product we re a great first impression. The floors were in fair shape, despite the prior owner s neglect. One of the floors had a horrible stain and looked almost rotten. There was animal poop that was never cleaned up and eventually covered under carpet. Other problems included spackle or paint all over the floors. My goal was to fix that spot and others that were just as gross as much as possible with the expectation that it might not work out too bad, but Dan was confident that he could make it look beautiful again. I didn t think that they would be able to make it look that good, but halfway through, it looked like a totally different floor. I was truly amazed. On the day of the work order, the guys showed up on time for the job, unpacked their equipment quickly and got to work. One guy went in one room doing the edging, the other doing the main area. They had an efficient system of working together and were able to get a 2-3 day job done by the end of the day. I could not have imagined the results. I would absolutely recommend Irish Pride Hardwood flooring for any future floor refinishing needs. They know what they re doing and have the right equipment for the job. This was one of the best investments made to the house so far, and I am glad that I have found someone reliable to protect my investment.

I hired Irish Pride to refinish my floors in 4 bedrooms, I was surprised at how professional he was from start to finish, we had a set date to start and when he realized he could do it sooner he called and we got it done a week earlier than expected. He came on time and his crew were nice and polite and very professional. They literally worked and finished the job non stop. My floors went from ugly brown dirty to clean and new looking again in two days. They even came back free of charged due to a mistake I made by walking on it to soon. I will hired them to do my hallway and steps next year. And will definitely recommend the service they have to family and friends.

Hired dan back in April for floor repair and refinishing we set up a date for may 12th, told me he d be here at 10am showed up at 9am ready to work which was perfect for me. Him and his 2 guys got right to work moving everything out the way, In the middle of repairing portions of my floor he noticed that the issue was worse then first thought saying it was termite damage and not settling how ever he told me exactly how he planned to fix it and got right to it. The whole process took 3 days but would have been less had I not been painting also. None the less Irish pride hardwood floors accommodated and worked around that. And still finished with in the time frame, they worked all day to get the job done the right way!!! I ll be using again for my basement and definitely recommend to anybody.

Irish pride went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. Our floors look amazing! We love them and our carpet guys messed up and we had to ask them to come back and fix by the bedroom doors and they did it for no cost even though they could have charged the carpet guys. They are a stand up company! Definitely made my Irish Proud! We have another floor to do and we wont hesitate to call them back or recomend them to family or friends. From the beginning, Dan and his crew were nothing but professional and detail oriented! We wanted to use his services a couple of years ago and kept his card in anticipation of calling when we were ready. I reached out after years went by and to my surprise, he remembered who we were! They arrived on time, took all of our furniture and decor into consideration by moving/covering it and showed the upmost respect of being in my home. This family run business cares about the quality of work done and I will be using them for future projects in the near future.

Dan and his crew are amazing. Above and beyond our expectations. The floor came out beautifully. Dan is professional, detail-oriented and went out of his way to ensure we are happy with our floors. We chose Irish Pride and Hardwood Flooring because they have a great reputation and affordable, fair pricing. Dan had to replace dozens of tiny 1/2 walnut rounds on the floor, remove heavy staining and replace missing boards. Floors came out perfectly and the project was completed in only one day ahead of schedule. We recommend him highly to all of our family and friends. We trust Irish Pride 100% and would only use them for our future projects.
