Very good. had a leak, called them and they were at our place within 4 hours. Did troubleshooting, fixed issue and checked back later.

I use them all the time. They are very professional. I've had emergencies and they've come right out. I bought the toilet from them and they installed it. At the same time while the guy was here I also had him do another job. The workers are always very nice. I've been using them for years and they know who I am. I've recommended them to all my friends. I didn't realize they were on Angie's List. Their price is fair. I've had them do my heating. They've put in heating system, air conditioning system and a hot water heater for me. They've worked with my sump pump. I use them for everything. I really appreciate their job.

We were out of town visiting family for Christmas. We returned home on December 30th to an ice cold house and our furnace was blowing cold air. I called several companies and left messages on their emergency service line and was not called back. I called Oxford Plumbing and Heating and received a return phone within 30 minutes and they were at my house within hours. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate and the company's representative was prompt, friendly, and explained our options in clear, non-technical language. We received an estimate via email within 24 hours of the visit and we even were offered a discount if we paid in cash. The installation of the water heater and furnace went smoothly and we received a follow-up visit from the company representative the NEXT DAY! He answered questions, explained their service plans, and helped me complete the rebate forms. I highly recommend this company. During the second major snow storm in less than a week our electricity was off for a significant portion of the day. When the electricity came back we had no water. We are on an onsite well with a well pump approximately 250 feet in the ground. I called Oxford Plumbing, late in the evening, to attempt to get them to repair the water problem. Early the next morning I received a call from them to see what the problem entailed. Rob, a person I frequently deal with, told me he could fix the problem over the phone. He walked me through the reinitialization of my well pump and the problem was solved. I have been dealing with Oxford Plumbing for over 20 years. The real asset they have is their personalized service. When I call, they know who I am and when I get a response, it is from someone that knows who I am. This personalized local service sets them apart from the rest of the service providers I have ever engaged. I highly recommend Oxford Plumbing if you're looking for a long-term personalized relationship and a commitment to quality and service.

They show up on time, they cleaned up after themselves. They come highly rated from me. We have used them for a number of years, and they are very dependable.

What is really outstanding about them, is that their technicians are properly trained and they really know what they are doing. The technicians that originally installed the system had made several errors, and this company was able to fix those errors without any problem. We also have a service contract with them, and they come out twice a year.
