i bought one of those Angiie's List coupon deals for $149.00. When I made the appointment they told me most driveways are larger than that of the terms of the deal. They gave me an estimate of another $110. I was stuck because now the job was going to cost$259.00...thats about $40 more than I pay my normal seaslcoating company. No refunds. THey postponed me 3 times....twice they blamed rain and neither time did it rain. Finally I got them to come out on a Sunday...I told them I would give them a bad review so they came out and did the job that Sunday. They arrived on time --flew thru the job and left a bunch of messes. They had 5 "GLOMPS" of tar --two on my grass (my lawn guys cleaned that up over 2 weeks!) One glomp on the sidewalk near the street and two piles in the street right outside my dirveway. I emailed picutres and called to complain of the mess--where was the QA?? They sent a guy to look it over--he came back a couple days later and tried to power wash the mess but really was too late. It set in. I was told it would wear away over time...maybe by this time next year!!! The guy also said I could pay the balance at the end of September (terms were net 30 but the job was postponed so I wanted to make sure it was NET 30 from date of service). About 2 weeks ago I received an email that my account was delinquent....apparently the office didn't know they guy exteneded my terms...my arguemnt here is NET 30 after service...not when I bough the Angie's List coupon! They knew I was an Angie's List customer and didn't try to make it right. I should have known better than to go with a different company. I loved the one I had been using these past 15 years....I was trying to save money...plus they had decent reviews. I paid more and even got a couple headaches. I regret clicking that BUY button.

it was ok but they were not responsive after it was done. they did not fill in the cracks nor patch small holes

They were very pleasant to deal with and worked with me in arranging a good time to do the driveway. However, I felt the work was satisfactory, the material they put on my driveway where my driveway was extended does not look right it actually makes it more prominent than blended in. I do not think I would use them again. I felt the price was okay but other people in my development recommend another company who they feel did a better job on theirs,

The appointment was rescheduled several times because of overbooking and emergencies with the service provider. The team left areas unfinished but the service provider did a nice job scheduling a team to return in the coming days to finish the job.

They were excellent. The driveway looks great and the workers were very courteous and professional

They were very responsive an communicated well. Performed the job as estimated and in a timely manner. Only issue is one crack which the heavier fill has come loose on. Other than that, it was great!

They came out to measure the driveway and check for cracks. Since my driveway was in very good shape, I did not have to pay more than the $139 coupon price. They set up a day and time and came to my house then. They explained what they were going to do and I asked a few questions. Once they got started, I came out a few times to watch them. I noticed they were very thorough and took care in doing a neat job. After they were finished, they explained everything to me and said I would probably have to get it done again in about 2 or 3 years. Overall, I was very impressed with their professionalism and the pride they took in their work.

Maintain It All was quick to respond to my request for a price quote. They set up the appointment and did exactly what was described in the quote. The quote was over $100 less than two other quotes I was given. After two weeks, the work still looks great and I hope it will last for 2-3 years.

I purchased a sealcoating deal featured on this site. They called within 24 hours to acknowledge the purchase, called back to discuss the details (size of driveway, did I have any areas that needed repair, any cracking) and used Google maps to view the driveway to ensure it met the size requirements for the offer. Due to streetwork I needed to reschedule my first appointment and they were very accomodating and rescheduled me for the following week. They called to remind me and then called the day before to give me an idea of when they would arrive. The work was completed in about 30 minutes and the driveway looks great. I'm very happy with the service and would use them again.

Not great but acceptable quality.

Angies List had a special on $139 per 1000sqf seal coating deal. I know our drive way was bit bigger then 1000 but the extra cost per sq foot was at good price. I purchased the Deal online on Friday. A crew came out on Tues while I was away and left us a Quote. Called them up on Wed to schedule the work. Phone call was very pleasant and easy. The where able to get a crew out the following Wed. The where bit behind on schedule due to the weather but I got a call letting us know that they were running late and they would stop by within the next 2 hours. Sure enough they can with in the 2 hours, trimmed the edges of our drive way, cleared any derbies. Fixed up any cracks then coated our driveway. They where professional crew and very helpful to my mother who was leaving the house when they arrived. The helped her with the door since she was carrying our 4 month old son in the car seat. When she returned about 30 min later, they where done and gone. Our drive way looks new. I am very happy with the whole experience and the work they have done. Would definitely recommend them.

There were some problems getting the job scheduled when I wanted it done, they wanted to do it at their convince, not mine, but working with the girl in the office, as to time-frames, we worked out a reasonable time for both of us, kudos to her working with me on that. They showed up as scheduled, the job looks great, they were neat and clean, i.e. no tar on the sidewalk, or walkway.

The provider was prompt in getting in touch with me and in preparing an estimate.

Everything was great. They came on time, completed the work quickly, and did a wonderful job. In fact, my neighbor even called me to compliment the work and ask who I'd used.

Our first meeting with Maintain it All was in December, 2013 when they hung the length of our house with Christmas lights. We were so impressed with them and their service, this Spring we brought them back to bring our existing berm in the front of the house back to life all in ONE DAY. They are now in the process of asphaulting our drive. They are always friendly, available (check out their business hours!), reliable, prompt, professional and prices are better than reasonable! It went very well. They were very good. They were on time. The guy knew what he was talking about. He gave me some good advice to give my driveway a longer lifespan.

We asked if they would complete the process in two steps so that we could continue to park, they were very accommodating with our request. They arrived on a Sunday morning, completed half of a "u" shaped driveway, the team was thorough and efficient. They returned two days later and completed the second half of the "u" driveway. That afternoon, they called to follow up and to make sure we were happy with the job. They asked if we had any questions or concerns. Once they knew we were satisfied for the work, they sent us the invoice, just as contracted. We are very, very pleased with the work and the results - exactly what we had hoped.

The clean-up went very well. A three man crew arrived on time and promptly went to work. They provided a dumpster to carry away the debris. I was not able to stay during the clean-up; however, we went over everything that needed to be done before I left. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned home to find that they had done a wonderful job. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to cut my lawn on a weekly basis.

They were professional and punctual, they were flexible with respect to scheduling, and they did the work as specified in the deal. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of the job. Specifically, the sealant that they used seemed to be watered down, and it's wearing thin just a few months after its application. I've sealed the driveway myself on previous occasions, so I know what sealant should look like before, during, and after being applied.

I ordered an Angie's List special from MaintainItAll in February 2014. After an initial email, I didn't hear from them for 7 weeks. Even then, if I hadn't heard them outside in my driveway, I wouldn't have heard from them. I told them that I would wait a a few days until the weather warmed up to seal my driveway and I was told that they didn't even order the sealant until April 1. I received a phone call from them in early April saying that they would be coming the next day. They arrived, knocked on my door, handed me an invoice in an envelope, and told me that it would take about 45 minutes and that I shouldn't drive on it for at least 48 hours. I went inside to write a check for the residual amount (the original amount had been paid in February through Angies's List) and went out to pay them 30 minutes later, only to discover that they were already done. I checked the driveway, and while most of it looked fine, at the end of my driveway there were several spidery cracks that had not been filled in, and I found a small chunk of asphalt (about 2"x2"x3/4" high) sticking up in the middle of the end of my driveway as if they had been in such a hurry that they had simply glued this small rock to the ground without brushing it aside. Additionally, there was a small hole leading to a hollow area underneath the rock which would obviously fill with water, freeze, and break apart the driveway the following winter. About two hours later I received a call from MaintainItAll checking to see if I was satisfied. I explained that I wasn't going to complain, but since they had asked, I told them about the problems at the end of the driveway and offered to send them pictures. They said that that would be a good idea, so I sent them about two hours later. The next day I received a call from, I presume, the owner, asking about my concerns. I told him about the problem and, as it turns out, he had already seen the pictures. He said that he would fix it in the next couple of weeks. Sure enough, a couple of weeks later I happened to check the driveway, and found that the rock had been broken away, and some sealant had been smeared on top of it. No additional cracks were filled in, and the area from the rock looked no better than if I had repaired it. Overall, I'd rate them a B. The work was about average, the communication was lacking, except for calling me immediately following the repair, and the job appeared rushed, although they were fairly professional. Checking afterward, I found that the price was about average for what my friends and neighbors had paid. Perhaps I'm being overly critical, but I would expect something a little better from Angie's List if I'm going to award them an A.
