Contacted them after finding on Angie's List. Someone called me a few days later and gave them info and pictures on what I needed. Guy said he would come by and look at it that weekend and get back to me. Never heard from him again! Unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

The work was great. fixed the driveway where is was crumbling by cutting out the area, sealed all cracks and completely sealed driveway. excellent job. will use again when driveway needs it

I have found this company to be dishonest, lack training, lack professionalism, and lack knowledge of basic things that landscaper should know about. I contacted MaintainItAll in April due to water in my basement and to remove a current rock bed that was over grown with weeds. The landscaper was confident that the work could be completed without a French drain since we were only getting dampest on the corners of my fireplace; they guaranteed their work and we were excited to have this problem fixed to finish setting up our newly purchased home. They started the work early June due to a variety of issues: rain, late quotes, waiting for approval to dig since I found out they never called the township for approval which they were required to. This delayed the start date even more (one would think they would know to do this since they are located in this area, also I mentioned that it needed to be called in when I met Joey for the estimate). In June, they completed the work, they dug down to the foundation of the home and painted a sealer (it was the same sealer we purchased to paint our basement walls and garage prior to replacing our sheetrock). When ask why not use a rubber paint the landscaper replied (and I paraphrase) ‘this is what home depot recommended.’ Thinking all along this was a job that they've done from experience and had their own products. However they did what they said they were going to do. As for the rock bed, they removed the weeds and were supposed to put down a barrier fabric (I found out a few weeks later when I was pulling out the weeds that there was only about 2 ft of fabric laid out, the area is about 20 ft long). Meanwhile we continued to get water in our basement however we notice we were getting significantly more water (we discovered the leak a few days before we had our new carpet put in, and the carpet guy just kept it pulled back until the issue was resolved, and the carpet had never been wet since there was only dampness), however after MaintainITAll's work water increased and reach our rugs. We called MaintainItAll and they came back to lay out more plastic and dirt. The problem was not solved and now we have a significant amount of water entering the home from all areas which has caused water stains on our rug and a moldy smell for the padding that will now need to be replaced. When MaintainItAll came out the 2nd time, my husband asked them to move the air conditioner unit that is outside where they were digging to help make the dirt even. My husband helped move it over and they moved it back without my husband. A pipe on the air conditioner broke and cost around $630 to fix. The AC guy said the landscapers should of known and advised against not moving the air conditioner. When I asked the owner Dan of Maintain It All why would they help move the air conditioner, (my husband is a cook not a landscaper) he is relying on the experts to let him know if it’s a bad idea. The owner told me he does not train his guys not to move air conditioner units, the only reason he wouldn’t move it would be because he had something similar happen in his experience. Therefore, this shows that this 8 year old company still has a lot to learn. Not moving sensitive equipment that is common at most people’s home when landscapers work outside should be in the training manual. When I asked to be reimbursed for the air conditioner, because I think they are liable. I also think they should pay for my moldy padding to get replaced since they are leaving me with more water issue than I started out with. The owner said no that they were following my husband direction and that they did the work they said they were going to do without charging for the work (Why would I pay, it was guaranteed work that DID NOT WORK). The work I did paid for was done incorrectly and still looks a mess. All I want is my air conditioner repairs to be reimbursed; I think that is fair since after their work I have way more problems (significantly more water, moldy rugs, still need to pay for my rock bed to be fixed, and out $630) and they have wasted my time, its August for goodness sake and my basement now has more issue than it did in April.

Joey and his crew always do excellent work. They started mowing our lawns over a year ago because we needed a company that bagged. They've also done beautiful landscaping for us and all at competitive price because we always get several quotes. Only once we had a minor issue and Joey addressed it immediately and it was fixed! This is a great company. We will be with them for a long time!

Maintain it all arrived as scheduled and performed the worrk. The crews wee polite, friendly, professional, and took pride in the results.

The foreman Joey was great to work with. He discussed various Pros and Cons of material and design choices. The crew that showed up was professional and worked long days to get the project completed in time for a graduation event at our home. The final patio turned out better looking than we had originally hoped and we have had many compliments on it. There is a slight dip in one area of the patio but otherwise we are happy with the project and would use them again for work we need done.

After calling several places and either getting no response or a firm "No" on my timeline, I contacted Maintain It All, who responded immediately and made every attempt to get the seal coating done in time for the open house. Unfortunately, weather prevented this from happening. However, it's a happy ending, because the property sold DURING the open house, and Maintain It All came the following week and did a fantastic job sealing the driveway. And they demonstrated flexibility by working with me strictly over the phone, as I was out of town the entire time. They did an amazing job on the driveway, and I was very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was great. They did a good job. They were on time. They were on budget and they delivered what they said. They were friendly and you could relate to them.

I bought the offer through Angie's List. They sent a person to esimate the area. My driveway was longer and needed extra coverage area. The person provided estimate for the sq.ft via email. After I agreed, they scheduled the appointment. The work was done to our satisfaction and on time.

Team arrived on time and did a great job to clean off the driveway and apply sealer, including filling of cracks. They made sure to use plenty of sealant, as the driveway had not been maintained for several years. Great job and great value. Would definitely use again!

Initial estimate prior to signing contract was great. Very responsive and helpful. However, once contract signed the communication broken down which resulted in me always reaching out for an update and misinformation given to me. The work itself, once performed, was great- the pacing guys were super knowledgeable and friendly. Regarding estimate for masonry and outdoor work- it's been over 2 weeks and we still haven't received the estimate.

Pleasure to work with these folks from start to finish. My driveway looks great!

They did a good job. They completed the job in four days. The workers seemed fine.

Overall it was good. I had purchased an 8-hour deal and they quoted 4 people for 2 hours and had estimated another hour or two in addition to complete the work. The guys seems to be nice enough and did a decent job. It took three guys an additional 2.5 hours while the lead person left to pick up the plants. I was told after the fact that the time to pick up these plants would go towards my purchased time. I would have gladly picked these up myself had I known this earlier. But all in all, they were good. The lead person suggested that the driveway edges in some areas could be trimmed for a sharper look, which I let him do. It looks better now.

Job went well. Only issue was the distance between my location (Elkins Park, PA) and their location (Eagleville PA) which they thought was too far for them to travel. But they agreed to come and did a great job. I would definitely recommend "Maintain it all" to others and use them again myself.

The workers came when expected, did a good job. I wasn't home but our neighbor was impressed by the way the workers scrubbed and cleaned the driveway before sealing it. We are very satisfied.
