Prompt reply to my initial call, prompt estimate, did work on date promised. Work was done very neatly, cleanly. There was no sealer on garage doors, concrete walks, retaining wall -- there was no sealer where it didn't belong! I don't remember the price but remember it as being a very good value. I can't recommend this firm more highly.

The service went very well. The crew showed up on time and seemed to be very knowledgeable about their work. Work was completed in a timely manner and were very receptive to customer input. However, now only 6 months later, it seems as though the seal coating is wearing off and they told me I probably would not have to do it again for a couple years. It has been a harsh winter though with 13 snow storms and lots of shoveling. Overall I would use them again!

They quoted the job with the estimator being on time. They followed up on the quote and we set a time. They called and asked to move the date up as the weather was going to be bad the day we had set. I agreed and they arrived right on time and completed the job in the time they specified. They were thorough and cleaned up the area upon completion. Several days after the job they called to make sure I was happy with the job. I was.

I had a twenty dollar coupon that they honored. It was sent to me in the mail. They came when they said they would and the price was good. I was not there during the time of the service, but they left a bill. Everything about the service was fine.

I assumed it would cost around $250 but he still charged me over $500 to do the work. The man tried to explain that he had to charge that much to pay his workers. I told him it was not my problem but he continued to argue with me. I agreed to pay $300 and we parted ways.

I would have been happy with that rate, but... they splashed black tar on our garage door and did not attempt to fill in the area in the driveway where the car tire created a depression. If anything, that depression is even worse than it was than before they did their work. And yes, we waited three whole days before we drove on the driveway at all, and a whole week before parked on it. My husband was home when they did the work, but they didn't even ring the doorbell, so he had no idea it was being worked on until he went out for something after they finished and were not in the neighborhood anymore. We did not know the day or time before they started work. We had only a ballpark notice of the week the work would be done. Dan phoned me and we talked about my concerns with the depression in the driveway. He explained that the service I signed up for would not fix the problem; a more extensive repair would be needed. I am satisfied that my understanding of the service was wrong.Dan came by my house yesterday and used a solvent to remove the tar from my garage door. It does look much better now. I will still need to paint over the area, but at least the dark black spots aren't there any more.

Mike and Tony were the two man crew who arrived to do the work. Mike introduced himself and Tony. Mike then went on to explalin exactly what he was going to do and why. Advised he would take extra steps with some more visible cracks. Both men were respectful of our property. Professional and pleasant to deal with. Mike also informed us they do other work as well and he would advise his main office to send someone out to provide us an estimate for additional work. Next day Dan arrived and gave us a estimate for landscape work, which we accepted. Based on the responsiveness and customer service provided by Dan we have also signed up for snow removal.
