Company was very punctual and professional... Provided 3 men for 3 Hours of yard clean-up after storm... Men did a nice job with clean-up.....

It has always gone well in everything they do for us, from lawn mowing to seeding to tearing out landscaping, to tree clean up. I recommend them all the time to friends and family. This winter after many of the storms, they called me to see if I needed any help with issues on the property.

IT WAS FINE. THE MEN WERE VERY NICE.

Team arrived on time and went right to work. They cleared a large overgrown area in the rear of our property and then moves to do a spring clean up including edging, trimming of plants and mulching of all planted area. Work was very nicely done and clean up was flawless. Estimate explained thoroughly in advance and final bill was consistent with estimate. Would use again

Maintain it All returned calls promptly and used good sense in waiting for foul weather to break before starting job; a few days after lights were hung, some strands failed and they immediately came out and fixed the problem. While they were here, we discussed driveway repair and I recently had a reminder call and visit from them. I have contracted with them for the driveway repair, as well and some property ground maintainence.

Had to cancel original appointment due to bad weather and called to notify me.set up new date and showed at time said they would. Cleaned up debris and asked before they left if all was ok . Really good service.

I purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of yard work for my own home. They came to estimate and said they could do the job for an additional $240. I agreed and they did the work. They did a pretty good job, but still left some dead items around that I had to take care of myself. On that job I'd give tham an overall A-/B+. I then asked them to give me a price to clean up the yards on adjoining rental properties I own. He quoted me $140 and I agreed. Once the weather finally let up, they said they did the work, however, when I went to look they had only done about a third of the work. I called and they were adamant that the work was done, and all but called me a liar. Only after I sent them over 2 dozen photos showing the work that wasn't done did they agree to go back and look. They called and told me they didn't think the far back yard was part of the property (why they would assume that is beyond me). Anyway, I also pointed out that the front yard wasn't touched at all, and 3 large bushes weren't cleared of dead stuff and branches. They said they'd go back to finish only if I agreed to pay an additional $60. Though I didn't think I should have to pay more for their mistakes, I agreed to pay them $35 to finish. After more weather delays they said they were finally done so I went to take a look again. This time, the far back yard was done but nothing else! I texted them and pointed out that the front yeard still wasn't done, not were the big bushes but to date I have not heard back from them. I did not pay them the additional $35 but I also still have not goten the work done that I did pay for, nor have they responded to me at all. Very unprofessional. I would not use them again!

They were very good. They were very responsive and showed up on time. They did the work very well so everything was very positive.

It went fine. They were competitive in price. They did good work.

They were great. They came when they were supposed to, and did a great job. Their price was fair.

Bought a $99 Angie's List special for four hours of Spring Yard Cleanup. I was contacted within two days regarding scheduling an estimate. Gianni came out to look at my property and determined an additional $125 would be necessary to complete the work on my property. Someone called within a week to let me know the work would be done the next day. I asked exactly what time the crew would arrive because I wanted to be there when the work was done, but I never received a call back with that detail. I had to leave the house 8 a.m. When I returned at 10 a.m., I found the work had already been completed and my property looked incredible. The crew completed the job to perfection even though I was not there to watch them. A very discerning neighbor complimented me on how everything looked and commented how good the price was for the amount of work that was done. Gianni followed up by phone a couple of days later to confirm that I was satisfied with the work performed. I will definitely use Maintain-it-All again.

The gentleman came out cleaned the driveway of excess dirt, filledand sealed the driveway. Will definetly use them when we decide to re-do the driveway entirely.

They trimmed hedges and bushes, cut back previous years annuals ands perennials, and cleaned up flowerbeds. They also removed debris from storm damaged trees. Fast, efficient, and friendly.

They are prompt and very hard working the entire day. They don't believe in breaks, evidently! They are very respectful of the property and they are very good about cleaning up behind themselves. They're very responsive when I call.

First an employee arrived to look over the job. He arrived at the appointed time and was very professional. We discussed what I needed done. I asked him not to send the crew until early April. At the end of March he called to set up an appointment for the work to be done. Nearer the date the weather forecast for that day predicted rain so he called back and we changed the appointment to the following day. A crew of three arrived at the appointed time. The lead person reviewed with me what had to be done. They proceeded to do an outstanding job. They were professional and and worked diligently until the job was done. I couldn't be more pleased with their work ethic or the job. I would hire them again in a minute.

They were not here for the entire time of the deal purchased but that was because they did everything that needed to be done much faster then expected. I would recommend highly. We have already committed to using them again for more landscaping needs.

Maintain-It-All did a wonderful job! I contracted them to handle my snow removal while I was out of town. During that time, the ice storm happened and a large branch snapped high up in one of our trees. Gianni emailed me to tell me about it and even sent a photo so I could understand the problem. They took care of everything at a very fair price. When I got home, it was all done. This is a very responsible and responsive company!

excellent experience from initial visit and quote to the completion of the job. driveway should really be replaced, but Maintain It All did a good job on the cracks with tar before finishing off with the sealer to give extend the driveways life another year or two

They do a fantastic job. One of the arborvitae trees died after a year and much to my surprise they replaced it within days at no cost to me. My driveway always looks nice & new thanks to Maintain It All. Ray Norristown, PA

They were prompt and courteous. They're pretty good. I don't know about the work yet but as far as the actual cost, it was handled very professionally.

We haven't done it yet. So far, they've come back and made arrangements to come in next week. We've never worked with them before. We looked them up on Angie's List and took advantage of their offer. So far, everything has been fine with them. They're going to take the two limbs down and pick-up the limbs in their yard for another $90. If they do a good job and if we like the work that they do, we may hire them to do other things throughout the summer. So far, they've been pretty good about things. They responded well. Their estimates were good. They put their best foot forward so far.

It wasn't for my personal use, it was at work. I was a property manager for an apartment complex. They did a wonderful job. There was a particular guy who was extremely great. His name is Gianni. He even came out and painted lines in the parking lot. The guys were already busy with another project, so he personally came out and painted the lines. He was a good guy.

The grass cutting crew, two to three, always seemed to have someone new. So when we complained or asked for something different to be done, it was done as we requested that time, but not the next time. When we complained to management, we received a promise to come by and discuss the issue. No one ever showed up. This happened on at least on two occasions. We were not able to get them to fertilizer our lawn, nor were we able to get them to provide snow removal service. So much for doing IT ALL!!

We were short changed and overcharged for the gutters and would not recommend using them and there service after the sale was horrible.
