Steve arrived on time and was completely thorough and professional in conducting his work. The furniture in the family room was left up on small Styrofoam blocks, which helped with the drying process. Nice touch. Steve was efficient and completed the project in about two hours. Carpets have never looked better. Very pleased.

The work was performed on the day promised, with the workman (Dylan) arriving when expected. He was knowledgeable and progessed rapidly, but payed close attention to those areas that I pointed out at the beginning of the work. There were several large cabinets and othe pieces of furniture which he was able to move or work aroung with little trouble. He was very professional and thorough. I would recommend this company.

Job had to be done and ready for occupancy in a one day window between settlement and move in. They were able to deliver as agreed and in a professional fashion. We'll likely use them again in the future.

They were right on time, in fact, a little early which was fine. We were moving into a new house and wanted all the carpets cleaned first. They did a great job and probably got it all done within 2 hours or so. I was very pleased and it was a great value for the number of rooms done.19

We added another room so we paid about $30 extra. He did a really good job and I wished I could give him an A+.

They were great. My phone call was answered promptly. They came right on-time and went right to work. My carpet was in bad shape and they were able to get most stains out. I was very happy and will use them again.

Bought special through Angie's list for 4 rooms hall and stairs. Added another set of stairs and very small hall. Thought the additional was a little pricey for steps and 3x7 hall). Service men were very polite and did a thorough job, there were some spots that could have used a little more attention, but I would not hold that against them.

The young man who came was so nice and helpful. He helped me move a bed closer to the wall, which was very awkward. He did a very thorough job and I was completely satisfied with his work. He removed stains that I thought would never come out.

They haven't come out yet. They're coming here on Friday. They quoted me for about $200 to clean the carpets. They did fine. They actually returned my call which is always a plus in my book.

I've been using them for five years. They do an excellent job at reasonably price. I actually know the owner. It's a one man job.

Service as excellent. The employee was on time and very friendly and courteous. The carpets came out great. Even some older stains from one of my kid's rooms. Very pleased the service.

The workman was professional but very pleasant. He quickly assessed the situation and what reasonable about what constituted a "room". He did great work on carpets that had not been cleaned for many years as well as all of our chairs for a reasonable price. I am well satisfied with the work and will hire them again.

Great experience. My son is away at college and had to vacate his apartment in West Chester PA. The furnace had malfunctioned and blown black soot all over everything. We moved the sofa bed to a temporary location and needed to arrange to have it cleaned. Because I wasn't familiar with services in the area, I went to Angie's List. I took a chance on Thomas Carpet Cleaners because they were offering a special price on sofa cleaning and had great reviews. I was a little reluctant since I live two hours away and couldn't be there. I was not disappointed. I spoke with Kim at Thomas who was so helpful and friendly. She helped me set up a convenient appointment which had to be arranged through a third party at the location where the sofa was being kept. I then prepaid through Angie's List. However she said that while they don't normally clean regular mattresses, if the sofa bed needed it, they might be able to but would have to charge an additional $25.00. She said they would wait and see. All was well and confirmed and the technician showed up as scheduled. Unfortunately there was a last minute snow delay on campus and the organization that was keeping the sofa didn't open on time. The technician waited for 40 minutes while trying to contact someone at the location. To no avail. Kim then called me to notify me they couldn't get in and would have to charge me a $35 service fee. She apologized profusely but the technician had shown up and waited a long time. She then offered to contact the third party for me and reschedule the appointment. It was made just a couple days later and everything went smoothly. My son said the sofa looked and smelled great. Kim at Thomas Cleaners contacted me and let me know that they had cleaned the sofa bed mattress as well at no extra charge. Everyone was happy. Not knowing anyone in the area who could give me a referral, and needing to take the risk of hiring someone, I am so glad I had Angie's List and Thomas Carpet Cleaners!

They always do a great job. I have used them a couple of times and will use them again. I would highly recommend their service to others.

It was one person. He was punctual and a nice guy.

He arrived on time proceeded with cleaning the carpets carefully made sure furniture would was out of the way. He finished the work in about 2 hours! Excellent work will definitely use in the future!

They arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the areas to be cleaned. Got started bringing in the equipment and were working quickly. Considering the amount of area they needed to clean, they got done in very good time. Carpets all look fantastic. The two technicians were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. We will certainly be having them come back when the carpets need to be cleaned again.

Steve was here when he said he would be. He was finished in about an hour. The carpets look beautiful! My husband, who is very fussy, was also impressed with this service. I would highly recommend Thomas Carpet Cleaning. I know I will use them again in the future.

Steve has been coming from Thomas Carpet Cleaners for about five years now...twice a year...to do carpet and upholstery cleaning. He is terrific and does a super job. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Thomas carpet cleaning was great. The carpets I needed cleaned were all beige/cream in color and stained. After cleaning, they look brand new. It was easy to make an appointment and they were prompt and professional. I would definitely use again.
