Hvae used thomas Carpet cleaners in the past and have always been exceptionally pleased with their service. they have cleaned oth my Phila area home and my Jersey shore home (which takes quite a beating from sand, salt water and lots of guests).

Big problem was that they were so late the first day they scheduled I had to cancel, before they got there. However, they followed up with an apology and asked to reschedule and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The second time the technician was right on the button.

Very well. He came, he saw, he conquered.

Great! This company does remove all spots in carpets. I will definitely use this company again.

I called Thomas Carpet Cleaning after seeing their high marks on Angie's List. They made an appointment for a Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM. One man was sent to do the job and he did a great job. He was polite and professional. The carpets look great. The only complaint I have is that he did not show up until 8:45 AM. I made the appointment early thinking that it would be less likely that the technician would be held up at a previous location. I wanted to get it done and be able to get to work at a reasonable hour. My daughter was home so she was able to stay while the job was done. She said he was very nice and polite.

My experience with Thomas Carpet Cleaners was great. They came over several days after I inquired about their services and they came within the time frame they said they would. The cleaner who came to our house was very personable and did a fantastic job. He was able to get out the majority of stains on the carpet (coffee stain is almost unnoticeable) and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them highly.

This was the second time we had used their services. The carpet had never been cleaned before and now it looks like new. They did a good job. They are very quick to respond.

They arrived on time. They called and confirmed the appointment before they came out. They were very professional. They have the equipment they need to do multi-story houses.

I have been using their services for about ten years. They are reliable, are nice people, do not make a mess and do a fabulous job. They always come when they say they will.

The appointment was scheduled without a problem. On the day of the appointment, Rob showed up 30 minutes early--not a problem in my case, but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't been around. Regardless, he was friendly, answered my questions about both the cleaning process and a general carpeting question, quickly got to work, and did a fantastic job. The carpet looked so much better after he was done and Thomas will be at the top of my list for carpet cleaning services.

We have a 150-lb mastiff that we allow to sit on our furniture, so a thorough cleaning is in order every once in a while. I called Thomas based on recommendations from this list and was not disappointed. The service representative (can't remember his name!) was friendly and prompt. He did above-and-beyond what we would have hoped for, taking care to spend extra time scrubbing the areas that were obviously our dog's favorites. He also cleaned our carpets for us, which look great as well. He was in and out in two hours and our house is dog-smell free!! (at least for the time being ; ). Highly recommend. We added deodorizer to our upholstery cleaning which did tack on some extra money, but was worth it.

I phoned the company to get an estimate. Over the phone he was able to give me an estimate of $149.95 plus tax. We set up a date and time. On the day the carpets were to be shampooed I received a phone call to say that he was on his way over. I got home from work and found he was already waiting for me. He was early (which was good). We introduced ourselves and he wanted to come inside to survey the area to be cleaned. After the survey he got started immediately setting up. I asked about how long it would take and he said about an hour. He was done in about an hour as he had said. The carpets look 100% cleaner. He did a great job. He even explained to me how his machine works. A very nice man to work with. He even made sure that he put protective material under the feet of furniture and floor lamps. I am very satisfied.

Prompt, professional, very pleased with results.

Dale was friendly, efficient and on time. There were several soiled spots that he was able to get up. There was one spot that had been cleaned by the previous owner that he thought would come back. He warned me of that, which I appreciated. Overall a positive experience.

The gentleman who came out did a fantastic job. My carpets have never been so clean! He got out stains that other carpet cleaners were unable to get out. When he had left, I remembered I had not told him to clean two cushions that my cats like to sleep on. I called him to ask him if he could come out to clean them and he came out the next day at no extra charge.

Excellent. We have 2 dogs so we had some accident stains on the carpets. We also had a prior resident who smoked and there were a lot of dirt and stains on the carpets. The stains were all removed and the house smells wonderfully clean. Dale was very thorough and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Some of our renters have been very messy but Thomas Carpet Cleaners were always able to make their "marks" disappear. Gave them our keys, they turned on our water supply, cleaned the carpets, turned off the water, locked up and did a fantastic job!

It was easy making an appointment and I got a quote over the phone. The cleaner came early and was very pleasant and considerate. He put some rugs on the stone foyer at the bottom of the steps so no one would slip. After the carpets dried, I did notice a couple of stains still left on carpet. However, we had just moved and did not previously notice the stains, so I had not pointed these out to him beforehand.

Thomas Carpet cleaners called us right back and were able to schedule the carpet cleaning on short notice. We wanted the carpets cleaned prior to our moving into the house. Dale arrived promptly and was very efficient in completing the task. He was very pleasant.

Mr. Thomas was excellent about scheduling--he was prompt and accommodating. We were out of town when he conducted the work, and he was happy to coordinate with our housekeeper. She was thrilled with how professional he was and called us to say the carpets looked like they were new. It was the easiest, smoothest interaction I've had lately with any service provider.

It went well. He was professional and quickly cleaned all carpets. There was gum and dark stains that he removed.

Excellent service; came exactly on-time; Dale was friendly and went right to work; completed job in 90 minutes; got up several tough stains.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY GOOD, AND I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING BETTER.

Job 1: They did a fantastic job, as usual--the carpet looked almost new after they finished. They were efficient, finishing in under an hour, and they cleaned up after themselves. They are always polite, in person and on the phone, and they always furnish us with an itemized, dated receipt. Job 2: He arrived only five minutes past the time he said he would (which for carpet cleaning is amazingly punctual), and spent less than an hour doing the whole job, despite the mess and the fact that the bedrooms are on the third floor. He was cheerful and courteous throughout.

Very good experience overall. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and did a very good job.
