I called and asked to get an idea of the cost to get my living room, dinning room, den, stairs and hallway carpets cleaned. I was quickly given a price (much lower than I anticipated) and set up an appointment. He was very flexible. I was called the day before to let me know the names of the 2 men who would be coming to my house to do the cleaning. They came as scheduled and did an extremely thorough job. They spent almost 2 hours meticulously cleaning the carpets. They were very kind and courteous. I have had my carpets cleaned before, and they other companies had never spent that much time cleaning. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again.

The representative from Thomas came right at 10AM even though I was given a window of 10-11AM. He was courteous and did a great job. No hassle, in and out within a half an hour. $130 seemed a little expensive for the job but, to be fair, I did not get other quotes and my well-worn 7 year old carpet looks like new. It was worth the money.

Had a mini flood in the basement during recent heavy rains. My carpet guy (who should be on Angie's List but hasn't completed the form yet) did his usual excellent job taking up the carpet, removing the padding and disinfecting the floor. Then I turned to Angie's List and identified Thomas as located nearby and highly rated. They were very responsive and did good work.

This is the 4th time I have used Thomas Carpet cleaning and I will continue doing so. My carpets always look great! My microfiber sofa looks brand new, too - with pets and kids it gets pretty trashed. The technician I had this time was Steve - he was on time, quick, thorough, and very friendly. Awesome job!

The man who came to the house was very professional and pleasant. He worked a solid 3 hours on the carpeting on our 1st and second floor. By the time he left, the carpets were absolutely spotless! Scheduling was a breeze also -- John Thomas called right away and was very accommodating scheduling the service as quickly as possible in anticipation of putting our house on the market. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Everything went well. They showed up on time was at my house for about an hour and did a great job.

They showed up when promised and worked quickly and professionally. Everything came out well and better than anticipated. They checked the rugs carefully to make sure the rug colors would not bleed. I asked for a quote on two more rugs, but after examining them they suggested I have them dry cleaned instead.

Steve was very prompt and pleasant. He moved all of the furniture and paid extra careful attention to the spots. It amazes me that they can it all so quickly and yet so thoroughly. We have used them before and will absolutely do so again.

Mr. Thomas was on time, professional, listened to my specific concerns and needs of stains, etc. He proceeded to clean everything, including adding the upstairs hallway for me (which I had not originally asked for, but wanted). After he finished, he allowed me to look around and make sure I was satisfied. He touched up a couple of areas I requested, willingly. He even gave me a follow up call the next day to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the job. Excellent communication, competence, and customer care.

They were fine. They came on time and did what they were supposed to do. They charged me what they said they would charge. It wasn't a huge undertaking. The price was reasonable.

I have used them multiple times. They last came out to clean a large sectional as well as carpets in two large rooms. They were on time and punctual. They were also professional and respectful of our property. The results were excellent. I have nothing bad to say about them. They are just excellent to deal with.

The provider answered my initial call in person, asked the details of the areas needing to be cleaned and gave me an estimate on the phone. He scheduled the cleaning for just a few days away and explained what preparation should be done, such as moving smaller furniture and items out of the room. He called twice to confirm, partly because the weather was very bad and many places were snowed in but , in spite of bad driving condtions, he arrived in the morning right on time. He was very polite and friendly, but did not waste time getting down to work. The job was completed by the end of the morning. Our carpeting is thirty years old but turned out great,

The service went very well. They were very punctual and friendly, true gentleman. They told me exactly what they were doing and how I did not have to move anything; they would do all of that. They also gave me a very fair price. I did do some price comparing and was very happy in the end with what I paid.

All went very well. They arrived on time and performed the work efficiently in my newly purchased home. I appreciated that they were able to do the job without me having to wait around in the house and leave a bill for me to pay. They were very flexible and professional in that regard. Only thing they couldn't do was to remove the furniture impressions that prior pieces had left in the floors but this was not a big deal. Carpets looked great and smelled fresh and clean.

Everything went well. They were speedy setting up the appointment, right on time, and very professional. Everything looked so much better after they were done, especially the sofa, the sides of which had been used extensively by two dogs to dry off whenever they came in from a rainy run outside.

I have never had my rugs cleaned since I had them from an outside vendor. I always did them myself. I have had my rugs for about 8 years. I have never really gotten my rugs clean, I always had some stains left behind and it never looked that great, so I thought I will give a professional a try. Well they came on time, actually about 20 mins early, and proceed to clean the area. When the gentleman left, the rugs were clean, but where SOAKED! Now granted, I never had my rugs cleaned, but it took two days for them to dry!! I think I will go another route next time. This did not work for me.

Bob called 30 mins before arriving on time, to tell me he was on his way. He did a Beautiful job! First time I have used Thomas Carpet Cleaners. Bob was my technician and he did a great job. Very thorough and he got stains up that other companies, including Stanley Steamer, told me would not come out. Bob even cleaned the riser part of the stairs. I have cream colored carpets and they now look as good as they did when they were new 9 years ago. I will not use anyone else from now on. Very professional, called when driver was lost (new development) and took the time to explain all the caution when carpets are wet. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future!
