The guys arrived right on time and were finished in a very short time. Of course I had everything moved out of the way first and that helped. I thought the floors were left a little too wet though but they dried overnight. They were considerably cheaper than some other companies I looked checked.

Did a fantastic job getting the dirt our of the high traffic areas. Our carpet looks new. It took a little longer to dry than I expected but it was worth it for the "like new" result. I would definitely use them again.

Steve arrived promptly at scheduled time. We had already removed the lighter furniture leaving only the sofas. Steve moved the sofas to clean under them and placed them back when finished. The whole cleaning took just under an hour and the carpet looked cleaner that when it was new! We were also given a bottle of spot-out complimentary for being Angies List members.

They did such a wonderful job. I am so happy & pleased with the way my carpets turned out and also my foyer looks wonderful. I would certainly recommended them to anyone.

I called the company on Wednesday to get an estimate on cleaning two area rugs. They told me that it would cost around $100.00 and that they could do the job on Friday. They were terrific. We call them every 4-5 months to clean our carpet, we don't use anyone else. Their price is fair and the service people they send out are polite, careful, efficient and equipped. We have a lot of hard wood floors all over the house and they are not slippery so it dries pretty quick. You won't be disappointed. When you call they can usually come out within a week, they work around your schedule and they give you an exact time they will be there and they are here at that time.

I had changed my mind several times of when I would like them to do the job and the manager was so generous and patient with me and getting it scheduled when it was right for me. The cleaners who came out were quick and did a great job of getting out all the old cat stains and odor out.

I had communicated via email and set up a time to meet at the house. The technician, Mark, was prompt and courteous. I left him alone at the house as I had other errands to run. When I checked back the next day, I was very pleased by the work. There were several spots on the carpet that had a significant amount of ground in dirt - Mark was able to get all of these out. Very excellent service!!

PHENOMENAL job! Professionals all the way. I picked Thomas based on the reports from other customers. I was wowed by the fast initial response. Even though the website said they'd respond within 48 hours, my initial email inquiry was on a Saturday (11/19), so I didn't expect a response until sometime Monday. John Thomas contacted me the same day, and I was scheduled for 11/26). I am so pleased! The Thomas Carpet technician was on time; he was pleasant, and did a fantastic job! I was skeptical as to whether or not the horrible pet and juice stains would come out---they are gone! I had another pleasant surprise, a free bottle of cleaning solution to take care of any small spills that might happen. Beyond our expectations. we moved into this house 2 years ago, and have only been able to replace some of the 20-year-old off-white carpeting. it looked pretty bad, with several stains that we have not been able to remove ourselves. the carpet had been cleaned by the previous owner before we moved in and it still looked awful, so we just assumed it was a lost cause. we decided to try one more time, and found Thomas on Angies "A" List. i emailed a request and received a response the same day, and set up an appointment for a week later. i described the stains i was concerned about, and was told exactly what they could do and what they couldn't. for example, the black dirt at the very edges of the carpet--they explained they could only improve that significantly, but not eliminate it totally. and that was exactly true. it does look alot better, and we can live with it. about the stains, of course we did not know what kind of stains. they said, if the stain is removable, we can do it. and guess what? every one of those stains is gone! we just feel so much better about the house now! in addition, i have to say that the young man who came was excellent. a complete gentleman, very competent. moved furniture to clean under it and moved it back with little plastic under each leg. and, he made sure i was completely happy with everything before he left.

My phone message was answered in a reasonable amount of time. I described the job I'd hoped to have done and was given a price based on the my description being accurate. We scheduled a time for our carpets to be cleaned that week. The gentleman arrived when promised, answered my questions, and got to work right away. He cleaned the carpets as requested and packed up his equipment quickly and quietly. The carpets look and smell great! The carpets also dried within the length of time I'd been told it might take. We were charged what we'd been told in advance that it would cost. We are very pleased with the job that was done and would definitely call Thomas Carpet Cleaners again.
