Great job! We asked for a quote online and said we were Angie's list members.we just bought a house and they arranged to come the day if closing while the house was empty. Showed up on time, cleaned the whole house and went over some things with us. Left some furniture pads in case we had to put something on carpet before it dried. Paid with credit card. Too easy. Very professional. Great price!

They are the best! I have had my carpets cleaned every six months for many, many years. I found Thomas carpet cleaners 2 years ago. I would recommend them to anyone. The owner is kind and honest and their cleaners are awesome.

From start to finish they were responsive to my request for information and subsequent estimate, the logistics of the job and any questions or concerns I voiced. Their workers were prompt and efficient. They were flexible with our session schedule in scheduling the work when we did not have classes and they moved the furniture and cleaned up all work materials. They took the time to do a thorough job including the pretreatment of heavy stains. They were scheduled to complete all work in one day but were not able to do so due to time constraints but John Thomas was prompt to call me back and schedule the remainder of the job when it was suitable for us. I was very pleased with the service and the outcome.

The tech was on time moved furniture removed stubborn spots. By time done the carpet looked amazing. I wil be using there services again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner

I received an immediate response to my request, and they were available much sooner then I was ready so I postponed it for a few weeks. They responded quickly every time. They did a good job on our carpet, which was in REALLY bad shape with 2 dogs and a cat that decided to stop using the litter box. There was one area that is still discolored, but I wasn't expecting a miracle. Overall the carpet looks really good, and definitely much better. The price was reasonable for a 400 sq ft area, so its something I would definitely schedule again if the cat gives me any more problems.

Well mannered, friendly, punctual, quick. Vacuumed and cleaned carpets. Spot treated some areas. Gave us foot booties to use after cleaning. Cleaned up. My corner and wall board areas are still a bit dark but the carpets are old. We are very pleased with the results

Steve was our cleaner. He showed up exactly as promised. Personable, courteous and professional, he got right to work and had the job done in less than an hour. The results were beyond what we expected and we couldn't be happier with an aged carpet that has seen a lot of wear and tear. We'll take this kind of service any day.

We had some nasty stains on our white wool carpeting. they did an excellent job. Within a few days a few small stains resurfaced. We called them back and they sent someone out the very next day. I have never had such a great experience with carpet cleaners. They took so much quality time to get it right. The best I have ever used.

Used Thomas carpet cleaning on the basis of reviews on Angie's list. The price was the same as other service providers in the area and they had no specials for upholstery cleaning. The serviceman arrived precisely on time. He immediately went to work. My beige sofa and loveseat is spotless. He was very thorough, polite and respectful. He gave me a free bottle of spot remover for future use. I highly recommend this company.

My sister needed her carpet and sofa cleaned. However, I live out of town and she had no idea who to call. I found Thomas Carpet Cleaners through Angie's List and I can completely understand why they get such good reviews. I dealt with John Thomas throughout the process and he was very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. I requested a quote by email and we scheduled at time for the cleaning. Steve arrived on time and went through the house to look at the carpets. I had requested a quote for several area rugs in addition to the rugs that were cleaned. Steve recommended that i have the area rugs dry cleaned because he was concerned that the type of cleaning he would be doing might ruin them. I appreciated his recommendation and then he proceeded to clean the stairway, den and sofa. He did an excellent job. I will definitely have them back in the future.

From the first contact, they were professional and on top of things. We played telephone tag for a bit, but they kept trying until they got a hold of me. Arrived on time, cleaned everything really well and things felt nearly dry in about 5 hours. The price was great for all of the work. Could not be happier.

I left a request on their website about 6 AM and they responded around 9 AM and I set up an appointment. The service man (I forgot his name) showed up just prior to the appointment time and setup. He cleaned all the carpet in the house in about 30 min.; there was no furniture in the house. After the cleaning the carpets looked new and smelled fresh. I am very satisfied and would recommend them.

Their technician, Mark, was on time and he did an outstanding job on both my carpets and tile cleaning. Mark was very professional and when he was finished the carpets and tile looked like new.

The serviceman arrived on time looked at the carpets and said they would come out beautifully. In addition to the stairs and hallway, he cleaned an 8x8 area rug that was badly stained. It took less than an hour and everything came out great.

I found the staff to be responsive and courteous with regard to my phone conversations with the owner, as well as with the young man sent to my home to do the job. The staff person arrived at my home on time, was agreeable without hesitation to clean extra items I added to my original list (for additional charges), and the cleaning job was done in a timely and thorough manner. I was a little confused by the manner in which the coupon was applied to the work done, so I was a little caught off-guard by the overall price, but I did add items at the last minute to my list of things to be cleaned, so I will be sure to confirm list and cost prior to my next service. All-in-all, I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend this service to others as well.
