They are very good to work with, accommodating, and I have been using them since I found them on Angie's list.

They didn't do the job as I asked for and promised.

The job went very well. The technician, Steve, was very helpful and professional. I would definitely use them again.

John answered on the first call and fit us in the next day. Staff was on time, courteous, and did and excellent job. Many small stains and dirt marks are completely gone. Carpets look new and finshied off our home inpovement project just right. Would highly reccomend this service provider and will use them again in the near future.

Easy to set up appointment and got the time I wanted on short notice. Technicians arrived about 30 minutes later than the expected time but worked very quickly and carpets looked great!

Ok, nothing outstanding - nice and professional but not a perfectionist like i am. Of course, I don't expect that as it is rare. It's just that he didn't distinguish himself enough in my eyes to say. " I wouldn't use anyone else". I used them once before and felt the same way. I said above I would use him in future and I might but not necessarily.

Thomas Carpet Cleaners did a great job with our carpets. They did come a little late (about 15 minutes later than the window they gave), but they called to tell me that they were running on the late side, and it ended up not being a problem at all. The man who did our job was thorough and professional and was done very quickly. Would use them again for sure.

It was excellent. Steve arrived RIGHT on time. He was extremely pleasant and professional from start to finish. He knew exactly what to do and our carpets (which were so dirty from a lot of renovation we had done recently) and furniture look amazing. I can't believe how clean the carpets are. I recommend these guys without hesitation and they are local and a small business. Book them!

I forgot the name of the person who came from Thomas but he did a great job in cleaning our carpet. He came on time and took around four hours to clean two story home with 5+ rooms. He tried his best to remove some stains. Overall the carpet looked really great after the clean. I recommended to a friend and he was happy with their service as well. I would certainly hire them again if I need my carpet cleaned again.

I thought they did an amaZing job! Highly recommend them. There are other carpet cleaners with deals that may be cheaper but these guys made carpet look like new!

I couldn't believe how clean he got the carpet; I didn't think it could be done. The price was very reasonable for what he did. They came quickly. I would absolutely use them again.

I sent a request for a quote on cleaning our sectional sofa. John Thomas quickly returned an email stating what his quote was for the service. We decided to have Thomas Carpet Cleaning clean our sectional and a appointment was set up. Mark arrived and explained what was going to be done. he was prompt, very efficient and did an excellent job cleaning our sofa. It was amazing how it looked after it dried and we would recommend this company to anyone.

It was fantastic! They were wonderful to communicate with (mostly by email by my preference), provided a fair and reasonable estimate, and removed all spots. They moved small pieces of furniture that we forgot to move, and even left us a bottle of stain remover. We will definitely use them again.

This went great. I had scheduled for one time but found out I had to leave before the job would be finished. I thought I'd have to reschedule to another day, but they juggled their schedule so they could come earlier. Very much appreciated! They did an excellent job, especially on the chairs my young granddaughter sits in when watching TV--the arms and piping were FILTHY. I thought they'd never get clean but they turned out terrific. I was also happy to find someone close to where I lived. Other people (not through Angie's List) who wanted to give me estimates were located in towns I've never even heard of!

I was very impressed by Mark Powell, who cleaned my carpets and area rugs. He was right on time, and took great care in removing stubborn pet stains from my upstairs hallway. He really did a good job with deodorizing my area rugs, and he extracted the water very thoroughly. He is truly a professional member of the Thomas Cleaners team, and I will use this company again. ~Melanie Fisher

Thomas Carpet Cleaners was recommended by a friend. We closed on house am Thomas was able to set an appointment with just a few day notice for the day after settlement. They walked us through the house prior to cleaning to review and potential problem stains. The carpet turned out great, though there were 2 problem areas (probably pet stained on wool carpet) that did not resolve, but that is okay as we understood that was a possibility before they started. When setting up an appointment, we talked about cleaning the tile floors - Thomas cleaners were accommodating on the day of the service - we discussed it on-site, got a quote and decided to have that done also...it was our best decision of the week and the tile floors look great!

This company earned my loyalty last week. They did a great job for us.

Service person called prior to arrival and arrived at scheduled time. Service person pretreated heavily soiled areas thoroughly by hand and then cleaned the entire unit by machine. The cleaner checked inside closets for carpet and cleaned inside closet areas as well (I thought this was a nice touch). When finished, I was asked to inspect the carpet and asked if the cleaning met my expectations. Service person acted very professionally and I would recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Steve was pleasant and professional. Called 15 minutes before arriving and arrived on time, as scheduled. All the cleaning was performed using a large hose connected to their truck -- no mess -- and no need for water or electricity from our house sources. Took about an hour and a half start to finish. The pre-prepared invoice was exactly as discussed by phone when scheduling -- with the Owner! We're very pleased with the result. Our sofa is solid beige and slightly textured; it looks like new now. Took about a day and a half to dry completely. No unpleasant odors. We would definitely recommend Thomas to others.

When I called Thomas Carpet Cleaners, I immediately was connected to the owner. I did not have to go through any ridiculous prompts, such as push option number 1, etc. I told him exactly what I wanted to have done and also advised him it had been many years since my carpet was last cleaned. I also told him I lived in a mid-rise condo. He told me it would be no problem and the cleaners would know to bring in portable equipment to handle my job. I was given an excellent price and agreed upon a date that would be convenient. The cleaners were right on time. They were cordial, yet extremely professional. We discussed exactly what they would be doing and after that, they set to work. Whatever stain removers they use definitely work! And not only do they work, but the odor is pleasant and not harsh at all. The total job took about 90 minutes. When they called me in, I was totally amazed. My carpet looked gorgeous! My husband and I had been debating about replacing all the carpet, but now there is definitely no need to. There is not one spot left and I can assure you there were many, many spots that had been neglected far too long. Under each piece of furniture they had placed "coasters" as to keep the wood furniture from sitting in damp carpet. I can't say enough about Thomas Carpet Cleaners and I highly recommend them. I will definitely get them back; however, this time I will not wait so long. Please don't hesitate to call Thomas Carpet Cleaners -- you will love them!!
