Description of Work: He cleaned our carpets and did a beautiful job, problem comes in when he tested a color on the carpet to cover a stain and did not ask my permission first now the color he used is worse than the stain. I wanted to call him back but misplaced his number so he can return and repair the damage. I know he meant well I just wished that he asked me first. Overall he did a great job cleaning the carpets. This was last year some time can't remember the date. I just estimated a date not sure.

Description of Work: Arrived on time and was very courteous and accommodating. Cleaned and deodorized carpets in 7 rooms plus two hallways and one stairway. He also repaired two portions of carpeting that were frayed. The repaired areas look much better altho they are still slightly noticeable. I didn't think the berber in my family room could be salvaged but he worked very h****** it and I couldn't believe how well it turned out. I would definitely use his services again.
