Description of Work: 6 rooms plus extra set of steps shampooed. Very professional and courteous. Very compatible price. Only complaint is that they won't move your furniture while they shampoo. He did help me move some furniture out of room where I could, but couldn't move couches and bigger equip so he had to clean around these pieces. Would use again

Description of Work: Walter came and he saw that my rugs were wool. He said that he could clean them but the wool would smell when wet and I would not be happy. I took his suggestion and he left for another client in Downingtown. I see his address on this form and now I will send him a check for the inconvenience.

Description of Work: It took a little while to get communication going and to get scheduled, but he was always was very nice and professional when we did. He gave a courtesy call before arriving on time, which was great. He was extremely friendly and personable as well as clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. The job was very well done! I will definitely use again in the future.
