Description of Work: This is the second time I have used this company.They are always on time and call to say they are on the way.I had 2 rooms and a set of stairs cleaned as well as having a carpet stretched. Perfect.About 15 minutes after they left I was touching up a wall in a room with white carpeting.I got a huge drop of red paint on the carpet.In a panic I called to see if Walter could come right back.He did and now you would never know that happened.

Description of Work: My carpet stains are gone. But I would prefer that next time I do not get so much water in the carpet. It has been 4 days and my basement carpet is still quite damp so I cannot place the vinyl chair mat on the floor yet.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned carpet for us. They were early and were very patient about waiting for us to let them in to complete the project. Finished quickly despite having to work around some obstacles on the floor.

Description of Work: The owner cleaned our carpets in the living room, dining room, stairs and three bedrooms. He arrived on time and surveyed the carpets and the rooms. We made sure to remove anything that would get in the way with cleaning the carpets. He first washed the carpets and the used steam to remove the dirt from the carpets. He was done in two hours. We used him before and will definitely use him again in the spring.

I don't remember the exact deal but I only paid a little bit more to add on the stairs & hallway & it was worth every penny! My cream colored carpets looked amazing!!! I've passed Walter's name on to several friends. I will definitely use Live by the brush again. I can't wait to have him come back.

Description of Work: We were getting ready to show our home and needed our rugs cleaned on 3 floors the two stairwars. As before the service was impecable. In addition to paying special attention to some heavy spotting, the rugs were throughly cleaned and refreshed. Most amazingly the rugs came back to an almost as new condition; not matted and damp as with some services. Very personable, easy to talk to great company, great people to do business with.

Description of Work: It did not start out well as we scheduled for a time and it was not logged so no one showed up. They did make up for that in doing an extra room for the same price when they did come the second time.

Description of Work: Cleaned and deodorized two rooms. Very courteous and respectful of our home. Also gave great advice on a difficult stain in a room they didn't service! Will call again!
