Description of Work: Very heavily soiled carpets due to several pets and long time frame between last carpet cleaning and now. Considering how dirty the carpets were they came out relatively clean. He got down on his hands and knees with wire brush and got the imbedded pet hair out. Went way beyond what I expected.
