Walter was excellent on the communication a nd we agreed on the time. (1PM) When I arrived home at 1245 he was already in my driveway. With my assistance, we move the furniture from the den, and Walter went to wrk. My Berber carpets have never been so well cleaned. First a spot clean, then a deep scrubbing with a brushing machine (think floor polisher). Then he performed a deep extraction, leaving the carpet looking as nice as it did the day it was installed. We are delighted with the dried result. Walter could not have been any nicer or more professional. One note of caution. Had my wife been home, it might not have gone as smoothly as Walter works alone, and needed my help to move furniture, some of which was quite heavy. BUT DO NOT let that discourage you from using this carpet magician!

Walter's carpet cleaning expertise and excellent equipment made a significant positive difference in the appearance for each carpeted room. He would continue to go over any stubborn spots until clean. As the owner he takes pride in his work and worked non-stop to complete the work above and beyond my expectations.

Walter is a pro. On time, knows his stuff. He used a heavy duty rotary brush machine to bring up the dirt and really get into the carpet. My carpets are in bad shape from doggy stuff. Walt took his time and hit the tough spots by hand with a brush. Then he switched to a hot water extractor and went to work. Finished up in about 40 minutes and the results were excellent. Will use his company again.

Walter did an excellent job. He identified and treated all stains including chewing gum in the dining room and paint on the stairs. Previous providers had told me that it was impossible to remove the paint stain. Walter not only removed every stain, not a one has come back after two months. Walter arrived promptly and went right to work. He was extremely professional and treated my carpets as if they were his own. I have used carpet cleaners for over forty years, I can truthfully say that Walter did the best job for the best price.

After setting up appointment, he alerted us that he could come earlier than planned which we had previously requested. He was punctual. Came within a minute of when he had told us he would come. He was extremely courteous and friendly. He explained everything he was doing. He prepared the workplace to assure cleaning fluid was deposited only in those areas that needed it. He cleaned up when he was done.

I hire many service providers as I have multiple properties to maintain and I tend to be critical if jobs are not completed in a timely and professional manner. Truly exceptional customer service seems to be rare but this service provider is a real gem. He didn't waist anytime completing this task, while taking extra care in trying to get the stains out of the carpet. Unfortunately, the carpet (pet) stains were quite heavy as a result of a careless tenant, but this was not the fault of Walter who truly did his best. It was a real pleasure to do business with him and I would highly recommend his services to anyone -- and I am really picky!

I will not be doing the work with the provider. I wanted to be able to get the work done before the holiday, but unfortunately I was unable to due to illness. This has nothing to do with the provider

Walter was very responsive. He called the day before to confirm the appointment. He showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time. He was very flexible with helping move furniture and working around large pieces. Took him less than an hour to do everything and the carpet is much cleaner than I had expected.

He did a great job. Fast, professional and did everything as we agreed. Can't get a better deal for the price. It was a nice touch that he called one day prior to confirm/remind about the appointment.

It was fantastic! They came when they said. And even hand scrubbed some very difficult high-traffic areas. I'm using them again for my area rugs!

Walter called the day before to confirm, and actually arrived early. Also, he came on a Sunday, which was really convenient for me. He was a total professional, and did a great job of cleaning the carpets. They look better than they have in a long time. He did a much better job than my previous carpet cleaning service. I was a little worried after he left, because the carpets seemed to be very wet, but they were completely dry by the next evening. I would definitely use this service again.

Walter is remarkable in his attention to detail. quality of work and professionalism. This is a hard working man doing an honest day's work. Came when he said he would, did what he had to do and made some very tired dirty carpets bounce back to life. Make sure to call him night before appointment if he does not call you as he is very busy (with good reason). This will be the company I call when I need carpet cleaning and recommend without reservation

Walter is a very nice man who was happy to work with me to schedule. I had to cancel the first appt but he changed it, no problem. He was exactly on time. I was trying to finish going over the carpet with my vacuum, but he said it wasn't necessary his machines would do it all. I told him he didn't have to move the furniture that was still on the rug and he didn't. I stayed out of his way until he was done. When I looked at the rugs they looked wonderfully clean, but there were two big problems: there was water all over the hardwoods from the machine, and the smell of the cleaning fluid lasted until the next day. We couldn't sleep in the bedroom that night! Some parts of the rugs were pretty wet, I blotted up parts that didn't dry for a while. While I want to give this a good report, I really don't like the fact that the water was on the floor and should have been wiped up to make the job top notch. I never called or talked to him afterwords and probably should have...
