Rugs took a while to dry and I got a stain from putting a table on the rug.

Fantastic! We have this long fiber carpet that is extremely hard to clean, and 3 small children who are very messy. One area had deep set dried play-doh that we had tried to get out numerous times. He got everything out, was extremely nice, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I contacted Live by the brush carpet cleaning company to clean the sectional. Walter saw the sectional and said he could clean it and make it look like new. Walter truly delivered, not only is it clean but smells so good. It looks like a new sectional. He came on time and worked had to get it perfect. I strongly recommend his busy. He does a phenomenal job. I am more then pleased in fact I was so happy with the job he did I'm having him come back to do my carpets.

Walter Pitchford arrived promptly. He was professional, in manner and dress. The entire job took him about 2 hours to complete. I am very pleased with his work.and would hire him again without question. He offers an incredible deal for 6 areas of carpet cleaning. He also offers carpet stretching and upholstery cleaning.

Walter the manager saved me over $200. The carpet store where I got my carpets installed was quoting me $280 for 2 rooms and that was supposed to be a deal. Walter called me about 20 mins before arriving letting me know he's on his way and it took about 30 mins to get the rooms done. He explained to me what he was going to do and what was done after his finished the job. I would definitely use him again.

The owner operator is a terrific person and very knowledgeable in his field. The carpets look very good. The thing I would suggest for improvement is to make sure he doesn't bang up your baseboards. I was readying my home for sale and cleaning the carpets was one of the final pieces of the puzzle. After the carpet cleaning was complete I had to clean and paint many of the baseboards in the wall to wall carpeted area.

Everything went great. Service provider was accommodating and punctual, friendly, and did a great job. Will definitely be using him for all future carpet cleaning needs.

Walter arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early, so very punctual) - he reviewed the rooms/areas first, to ensure that he could appropriately clean all the stains I was concerned about. He was extremely courteous, professional and addressed all of my concerns. He spent five hours working continuously, and in particular spent focused time on the couch, chair and ottoman, which had multiple stains - and he was able to remove every one. He took care in how he worked in our home, which had just been freshly painted, and made sure that he cleaned up any area/room that he was in. I would highly recommend Walter to anyone and would definitely use him again!

We were scheduled for 10AM Monday morning, and even though it was one of the slushiest, icy mornings we've had, Walter arrived and was already busy working by 9:45. He surveyed the rooms to be cleaned, took care of spots in the carpeting, cleaned them with a rotary cleaner, and then did a deep extraction. This is the first time they were professionally cleaned in 4 years, and when Walter was done they looked like the day they were installed. Walter was very professional and nice. I would definitely use again and recommend him to anyone needing professional carpet cleaning.

Mr.Pitchford arrived early at 8:40 am for a 9:00 scheduled appointment.After serveying the house he immediately began working. Mr.Pitchford paid particular attention to heavy traffic area and any highly stained. Appoxixmently four hours later he was done and I was extremely happy.He also applied at no extra charge deoderizer which left a pleasant smell in the house.Again very happy with overall service provided and would highly recommend to anyone. A+++ P.S. The special was $240 2000 sq ft. but I paid $35 extra for removal of a red stain (foutain drink) that I did and he completly removed.Money well spent.

He did a really good job. He showed up when he was supposed to. The workmanship was good. He did everything I had asked but he missed a room that had I paid for. I don't think he did it on purpose.

Walter showed up at the appointment time ready to work. He assessed the carpet and agreed that this type of Berber Carpet would not benefit from a rotary cleaner. He made the right decision. the entire job took less than 1 hour. Walter cleaned the 8 year old carpet (white) and it turned out like it was new. He paid particular attention to the areas where there is the most foot traffic. Since there was snow and salt on the walkway to the house, his machine left some white residue from the salt on the stairway. Before he left he had it cleaned up and even left me a bottle of the cleaner for the wood floor. He also recommended using "simple green" for spot stains on the carpet. Overall, a totally professional job by a really nice person. I'd recommend him and use him again without hesitation. Thanks again Walter Bill S
