Description of Work: Cleaned two room carpet. Used a special product and worked very hard to remove a heavy coffee stain on a light tan carpet. Still faintly visible but quite impressive considering the stain. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to try as long as the customer realizes the challenge. Would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: We had the 5 room special. Worked with the owner/operator to get the ideal time. He was prompt (15 minutes early even), professional, and did a terrific job at an unbelievable price. He is as nice in person as on the phone. We'd have Live by the Brush back in a flash.

Description of Work: I was advised by provider that he could not schedule for several weeks. Needed carpet cleaning immediately. Not provider's fault - Angie's List fault in my opinion. He was respectful and professional in communication. Still have paid-for service and will ask for refund, which he suggested.

Description of Work: Walter cleaned and deodorized two rooms. The carpets used to be an off white, they are now brand new!!! I could not believe it when he was done. I mean to say these carpets were the worse I have ever seen in my life. I have had other carpet cleaners many times, but this was by far the very best service provided by a man who does a completely professional job and goes out of his way to make the job better than you would ever imagine!
