Highly recommend this company!! Tito went above and beyond expectations! I called many other companies- .Tito was prompt,did a thorough look through of my townhome. The culprit was a squirrel in my basement. He attempted to catch it, then setup traps, and removed a dead mouse. The squirrel was in the trap w/in a day. He removed it the next day, sealed entrance. He was thorough, spent time discussing, answering any questions I had. All with a great attitude, reasonable fee compared to others. He is extremely experienced with animals( catching and owning- he has a 10ft boa), and even was comfortable holding my Moluccan Cockatoo. If you have an animal problem, this is who you should call!!!!!

Professional and friendly son on the phone and father at the job! Of 3 businesses I approach for the job, only A-Team responded. Tonito Sr came at scheduled time, made assessment of damage done by a nesting family of 5 squirrels, set up traps, came to pick up caught animal, cleared contaminated insulation, sanitized the area, added new insulation and repaired the damaged area. All of that within promised schedule and a reasonable price. Worked with me on other pest issues too.

Came out on quick notice, laid out multiple traps and came back to monitor them regularly. Unfortunately did not catch the snakes, but we think they moved elsewhere.

Prompt, courteous and punctual. Came in multiple days to monitor trap and eventually close up a hole in ceiling. Price quoted was a bit higher than another bid, but we were in a rush and accepted the offer.

Tonito Jr & Sr were both personable and knew their stuff! They did good work and I think the price was good. They didn't try to 'oversell' the job as another contractor did. It pays to get multiple bids to help weed out the unscrupulous contractors.

So far so good. Not finished. But they come on time and very responsible.

Although nice people, seemed uninformed and clueless in regards to our small, uncomplicated problem. Very frustrating and total waste of our money, almost $400.00. They have to do better than that. Feel cheated. Bad work ethic. Never again.
