The first door came in damaged and another door had to be ordered.  It took about a month for the new door to come in a be installed.
Home Depot handled the situation in a professional manner and the Mgr. Debbie took good care of me.  The installation went well and I'm happy with the door.

Their customer service is always good. They are very professional and I would recommend this store to others.

The Home Depot in Pottstown is pretty good. They've been very good. It was a good price. They're excellent.

Overall, the experience was great. We rented it for two weekends in May. The people were wonderful to work with! Their price was competitive, and I had no problems.

I like Home Depot better than another company.  I'm there very often.  Sometimes I get annoyed with them, but it was fine when I was there last weekend.

It went really well. There is a stairway involved, and they gave me two different options. I went for the less expensive, but they did the other option and didn't even charge me extra. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience.

I was blown away by their work. It was a husband and wife team who came out and installed the doors. They measured them perfectly and worked as a team. Not all the people at Home Depot are nice, but the ones I worked with were.

I followed the salesman's recommendation, but I hate the dishwasher. The racks are poorly designed and my dishes don't fit well. Installation work not done right the 1st time, and despite a return call, I'm still not happy, as door catches on the countertop.

Roman was our "designer" who worked with us in the store, designing the layout of the cabinets. He was impatient at times and careless. If we had not checked everything over again, we would have ended up ordering some cabinets incorrectly (doors opening the wrong way, size, etc.). When we finally did try to place the order, it took hours, because he had already sent it to be placed without our final OK. We should have canceled everything right then. Home Depot uses another contractor to install the cabinets. The contractor subcontracts all work. The electricians did a poor job with the outlets. When a different electrician from the same company returned to adjust something, he told us that whatever the previous guy did could have caused a fire! The cabinet installer was unprofessional, complaining a lot. Some things weren't done quite right. The subcontractor said someone would be out to look at things, but nobody ever came. We would never use Home Depot for any kind of work again.

WAS TOLD MEASUREMENT WOULD BE TAKEN IN ONE WEEK - HAD TO CALL AFTER THREE WEEKS TO GET SOMEONE OUT TO MEASURE DOOR.

OUR RESEARCH SHOWED HOME DEPOT TO HAVE THE BEST PRICES FOR GE SELECTION! DELIVERY WAS PROMPT & THEY HAULED AWAY OUR DEAD WASHER.

WE CONTRACTED WITH HOME DEPOT TO SUPPLY THE CABINETS & COUNTERTOPS FOR OUR KITCHEN RENOVATION. DELIVERY SLIPPED BY A WEEK FROM OUR ORIGINAL SCHEDULE DUE TO PROBLEMS AT THE MILL. INSTALLATION WAS QUICK, CLEAN & NEAT. VERY GOOD JOB OVERALL.

QUALITY AND SERVICE WERE SATISFACTORY FOR THE PRICE.
