Our $95/hr (1 hr min) labor rate is relatively low for bona fide companies in our area (I get complaints from our competitors regularly), and we are upfront and clear about our rates when calls are scheduled. I reviewed our work history at your home this morning and concluded that we not only found your pipes were frozen but also thawed them out to ensure you would have heat and prevent damage to your home. On the 2nd call, we adjusted your hot water temperature per your request and were successful in resolving the issue. Aside from checking your hot water on the 1st call when you had called for no heat, I'm not sure what we could have done better.
