Robert Baker Masonry did an excellent job on our chimney reconstruction project. Our older home has a brick color that is no longer made. We initially thought we would have to use new brick that did not match the rest of our house, but Robert exceeded our expectations by carefully removing our old brick during demolition, meticulously cleaning it, and reinstalling it to make the repair seamless with the rest of our house. The chimney was rebuilt to code, reinforced where necessary, and has a clean, professional finish. Robert was respectful of our property at all times during the project, and it was all completed in a timely manner. I will certainly hire him again for future projects.

Robert Baker Jr, Masonry and his team are very professional and very good. Baker Masonry has done a total of three jobs for me, replacing the brick retaining wall was the most challenging. Iâ m still getting compliments on how good a job it is. Mr Baker explains everything in detail and always gets your input on how you want it done. He shows up when he promises, does what he agrees to do, warrants his work. He explains to the homeowner everything he is doing and why he is doing it that way. When he is finished he cleans up and details the job site. Mr. Baker is also very good at offering design suggestions for the project. I would highly recommend him and doubly so if the project tends to be challenging

We received a few other quotes, and Robert provided the most information and insight for us. Not to mention, he was by far the most honest. We spend every night now enjoying our new patio. Baker Masonry completed a stone enclosure for my mailbox. He was in communication with me as we were trying to not only close on our house, but also deal with the shutdown due to COVID-19. He was very meticulous with his work and clearly explained everything he was doing with the project. His years of experience has given him great knowledge in his masonry skills.

Extremely professional, and provided clear expectations to us (ie weather restrictions, grout matching). Our house was built in 1956 and required re-pointing due to age. Robert was quick and efficient. He knew we are planning to sell in the Spring and made sure time was of the essence. He was more than reasonable with his price and the work reflects his high quality standards. Would use in the future!

I was told by a furnace man that my chimney had collapsed. Robert inspected it, assured me of its integrity and said all it needed was cleaning. I also showed him where my flat roof was leaking and he said one of his crew would seal the roof while he cleaned the chimney. The work was completed in one afternoon at a very reasonable price.

Robert was the most responsive and professional mason I came in contact with. After receiving several quotes from other companies I was becoming frustrated with the caliber of service (and ridiculously poor response time) I was receiving. I then started doing my own research online and found rave review after rave review about Robert. I can now see why. He and his team are committed to their work. If you ever have a question, Robert is very quick to respond. The quality of his work is top notch and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They helped restore a very old chimney cap along with a good portion of the brickwork. Additionally he and his team worked on a huge portion of my wall which needed a lot of repointing done as well. If you want the peace of mind knowing the job will get done right and on budget, then I would highly recommend Robert's services!

Robert's work was exceptional. He tuckpointed and replaced a section of our chimney that had a lot of water damage under it. He then put in a slab of concrete under our heat pump. He also added some bricks to connect with our existing brickwork. He did such a nice job and was so pleasant to work with that I hired him to come back and replace our brick sidewalk on the side of our house. Once again, his work was exceptional. I would highly recommend him. I tried to write a review earlier but the site did not work.

My chimney is very tall and on uneven ground. The flue was fixed and the crumbling brick was fixed in a safe, professional manor. The crew did excellent work...so good , my neighbor hired them to fix her chimney!!

I had my fire place chimney repaired (outside). My chimney was stucco coverd block. Replaced with brick and concrete. The service was performed in the professional, timely, fashion of an artisan.
