+ -1 moreSam Pennypacker is the owner of the company. He is fabulous, really good and trustworthy. He did other things too besides his work like if there was anything to be fixed then he fixed it for me. He is great and I don’t have to be there when he is working in the house as he is a very trustworthy man.
Description of Work: I used Pennypacker Remodeling in the beginning of June and he was there in the entire summer. This house was log and shrinking as it is a very old house most of it was build in 1700’s and then one portion was added after the Server war. So the lot of the stone that was shrinking had to be repaired and he repaired all that. He studded the house out, sided the house with nice final siding, put new windows in and grilled it up , put a new porch on and I am having him out next year to put a new porch in front if the house. He also does roofing work.
