Adam called me and gave me a quote site unseen and stuck with it . He knew I was on a tight budget. He had his guy at my house within the hour . The repair man was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable I would recommend Tankless industries with out hesitation! Tech that came out had great knowledge of Tankless Water heaters which is their specialty. Very thorough work and would recommend. When we move and if there is no tankless water heater, I would hire these guys asap to come in and change our water heater.

I had installed a solar thermal hot water heater in 2011 and after 11 years of service it was time to update. With a view toward environmentally friendly and economic solutions, I was leaning toward a tankless water heater. Adam was very prompt with a quote and asked many questions about my family’s needs and home configuration to help me decide whether tankless was an appropriate application for my situation. Adam and Brandon are personable, professional, efficient, and the results are impressive. Not only are they doing the conventional plumbing, they are called upon to wire and put in new circuits, they even decommissioned the tank side of my solar thermal system. The tank was taken to be recycled despite it being so heavy. It was quite a feat! Now I have a compact, wall- mounted tankless water heater that doesn’t take up floor space, hot water on demand. Adam, the owner of Tankless Industries, came out to assess my leaking tankless water heater and we discussed options between repair and replacement. I had several other quotes (for both repair and replacement), and between them all, Tankless quoted the best price and the quickest turnaround time. Adam presented as very knowledgeable during our initial meeting and the type of owner that took pride in his businessâ s reputation, so we went with him. Ultimately we opted for replacement as my prior unit was 13 years old and the cost to repair wasnâ t worth the investment (I should note here that Iâ m fairly knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and plumbing equipment, so this wasnâ t an upsell situation). Brandon was our installer and did a great job. Adam even came out to review the work at the end of the day to ensure it was up to his standards. On top of that, during the quote, Adam had noted that the vent pipe for my furnace was dripping condensate down the exterior wall, damaging my stucco. During the water heater install, Brandon threw a pvc elbow on the pipe when he was finishing up. Yea, only a $1 part, but a strong testament to Adamâ s customer service and do-it-right attitude. Iâ d highly recommend using Tankless Industries.

Very professional.

Tankless Industries provided excellent service including low cost for both water heater and installation, compared to reinstalling a tank unit. Installation was very professional and happy with the removal of the old water tank and making the change to a tankless solution. Having unlimited hot water is great and my savings should be well worth the costs.

Adam and Brandon were AWESOME! They were great communicators and extremely helpful! The conditions for what I wanted done weren't perfect, but Adam and Brandon understood my project goals and went the extra mile to get things done right. They are trust-worthy and I would certainly recommend Tankless Industries!

I was contacted by Tankless within seconds of submitting the HomeAdvisor request. Adam came to the house to look at the old tankless water heater the same day. He asked if I wanted the new unit installed the next day. They did a very nice install of the new system.

We are extremely pleased with the service, product, and professionalism from Tankless. My water heater sprung a leak. One vendor would stop out in a week, another wanted $60 for an estimate. Adam answered immediately and was at the door in 2 hours. Even though we decided a tank was my best option, he took the time to answer all of my many curiosity questions about tankless. He and his installer were very professional and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit. They were very careful and professional. I highly recommend using them. (Oh... they were also 15% lower than the other nearest estimate!)

I am so happy I found this company. They were very responsive and Adam was such a great help with troubleshooting my tankless water tank He helped me through the process and also scheduled me the next day for service. That is Service! I will be scheduling cleaning annually.

This company was the first to respond and their estimate was under Home advisors average. The gave me a quote and said the only change came if they found something that made installation much harder. They agreed to come the next day for installation and did a great job. The were absolutely polite, professional, removed all the scrap, and cleaned up perfectly.
