Very professional and informative. Took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Not only took time to speak in person, but available to speak on the phone. Would return messages on the same day.

Tankless was actually recommended by a plumbing supply company who did not do service anymore. My 13 year old Takagi (rare brand) stopped producing hot water consistantly, sometimes yes, sometimes no. They came out the next day, serviced the unit and charged $250 for the two person visit, which I guess is about what others would charge. The unit seems to run fine and they were fine to deal with over the phone. Of course, like any other company, they suggested I get a new unit from them, but I think I will give it a few more years before I get rid of it. But when I do, I will call them.

They did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Worked with me to get the water heater replaced and upgraded to tankless system. A little pricey overall for the tankless system but the install was fast, proper and no issues so far. Would recommend.

Adam was very responsive to my request through Angie's list. He answered initial questions I had via email and when we were ready for a quote, we were able to set a mutual date within a couple of days. On the day of install, there was a delay in receiving the unit. Adam kept me well informed by phone of the situation. He received the unit around 11:00 AM and was on site and ready to start around noon. The installation took about eight hours. Adam had to open a hole through a 15 in solid rock foundation (1940's construction) for the intake and exhaust pipes, which made the installation take longer than normal. When he was finished he cleaned up and left the area in fine condition and we now have endless hot water. Throughout the process, Adam was attentive and responsive to my questions and concerns. He did a very professional job and I am well pleased. I will be using him for annual maintenance in about 12 months. (Rinnai requires maintenance be done on the unit annually to keep the warranty in effect). Adam's quoted charge for annual maintenance is very reasonable for an investment of this amount. I am very glad I had the opportunity to deal with Adam and Tankless Industries and would recommend him without reservation.

I needed to replace my water heater and reached out to a couple of contractors as well as the two large home appliance and self help chains. Tankless and Adam were by far the most professional. Through the entire process Adam kept his word, provided a written proposal, went out of his way to accomodate my timings, and installed the water heater flawlessly. Am really pleased with the entire process - and am looking forward to the heater performing as advertised.

Our hot water heater failed and we decided to try to replace it with a tankless system. Adam was able to come right out to give us a quote and fit us into his schedule right away - we had no hot water in our home. The quote was very reasonable and their installation work was immaculate. We were very happy with their advice as to which unit to go with. Our Noritz tankless water heater has been performing great for over 9 months now and I am very glad that we decided to go with Tankless Industries to have the work done. I highly recommend them.
