very pleasant and thorough

The company called and gave me a 15 minute notice that they were on their way which was very helpful (since I was running late!). The technician showed up on time, set up quickly, and was finished in about a 1/2 hour. The carpet turned out great - especially considering it is very old carpet used in a kids room for almost 10 years. I especially liked the on-line scheduling feature which allowed me to schedule the appointment at night which was convenient for me. There was also a 10% discount for on-line scheduling.

Very professional, did a very good job. (Consumer's note: they will not move electronic equipment.) The rug was hot cleaned and not messy, and fast.

Job1. Very easy to work with. Easy to schedule. They were able to schedule me after I was done with work. They were on time and called when they were en route. Price was reasonable. Quality of work was only fair, however. The chairs were rather stained, as were the cushions. They are still stained, only less so. It might be better to say that the effectiveness of the work was only fair because it it possible that no one would be able to get the stains out. Job2. Very easy company to deal with. Called and was easily able to schedule an appointment. The company came the next day when I was not even home and did the work. The carpets look much better.

Missed appointment, then came 3 hours late. Was very rushed and did a terrible job cleaning. Insisted they must apply a sealant for $110 which was not in the original estimate. Sealant left a greasy, slippery film that could not be cleaned off, despite having them come out an additional two times. (So slippery that a friend fell on the tile several months later and had to go to the emergency room.) They never corrected the situation or refunded our money. Will NEVER use again.

Would not use them again.

I had a very good experience with the company. They arrived on time. The worker was very courteous. He took his time to make sure that every corner was cleaned.

MEN WERE POLITE, ON TIME. PRICE REASONABLE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THE 2 CREW MEMBERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAD RECEIVED A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE, WITHOUT SEEING THE ROOM THE QUOTE WAS HARD TO GIVE. THEY PRESENTED THE PRICE BEFORE THEY STARTED THE WORK. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW CLEAN MY CARPETS WERE. WE HAVE A DOG SO WE GOT THE CLEANING, DEODORIZING AND PROTECTION. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

WHILE CLEANING THE RUG AN OUTSIDE FAUCET BROKE. STANLEY STEAMER ASSUMED FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND PAID FOR THE REPAIRS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THE COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY CALLED AS THEY WERE COMING TO MY HOME, WHICH I APPRECIATED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, AND ONE GUY HELPED MY ELDERLY MOM ON WITH HER SLIPPERS WHICH WAS SUCH A NICE GESTURE. THEY WAS REASONABLY PRICED AND THERE WAS A PLEASANT SMELL THAT REMAINED FROM THE DEODORIZER WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR. I BOOKED THEM ONLINE WHICH WAS QUICK AND EASY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

THE WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY DID NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE UNLESS I SPECIFIED THEM TO DO SO, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THEY WOULD MOVE THE FURNITURE AND CLEAN UNDERNEATH OF IT, BUT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. ALSO, THEY CHARGED ME $105 DOLLARS FOR 'STAIN GUARD' PROTECTION, BUT I DON'T KNOW THAT IT MADE ANY DIFFERENCE. THE CARPETS WERE CLEANER, BUT WHERE THEY WERE DIRTY (AROUND THE EDGES), THEY STAYED DIRTY, THE WORKERS DID NOTHING TO TRY AND GET INTO THE CREVICES ALONG THE WALLS, OR SCRUB UP ANY ESPECIALLY DIRTY SPOTS. ALL IN ALL, NOT BAD, BUT A BIT PRICEY CONSIDERING WHAT THEY DO AND HOW QUICKLY THEY ARE IN AND OUT.

THE TWO MEN WERE PUNCTUAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT. THEY WENT OVER AND ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS.

THE TWO WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND PLEASANT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
