Excellent job, we were very happy with the quality of the flooring and the workmanship.

This was a very successful job. The size of the job was about 800 square feet throughout several rooms in a condo floor. Bekar was a good salesman through the decision making process, no high pressure tactics, and he gave good advice about which flooring to choose. The guys who came to do the installation were respectful, skilled, and worked quickly. The results were as good as we could have hoped for. The only thing we were unprepared for was the amount of dust generated by removing the carpets. I mentioned this to Bekar as something he can warn future clients about.

Everything went as planned. Bekar the owner was on top of everything. We had a tight timeline. The project had to be done within a week from the time we placed the order. There was an initial delay from the supplier of the wood, but Bekar ensured he delivered on a weekend so that the wood could acclimatize inside the house for a few days before his crew begins the work. The crew was punctual, clean, thorough and the finish was impeccable The prices are competitive.

I hired many contractors to work on our new home and LLB was by far my favorite. They were prompt, helpful, and stuck to the budget we set. The redid our entire first floor, including leveling some uneven spots in the flooring. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

My wife and I decided to get our hardwoods restored. They were hidden under some disgusting carpeting. I use Angie’s List for all of my home improvements and noticed how many reviews LLB Flooring had. They also had the A rating I always look for first. From the beginning, Bekar was extremely responsive and thorough. He came out the same day and willingly communicated with me through Angie’s List. The estimate was extremely reasonable and highly competitive, so I decided to give them my business. Wesley and his crew arrived around 10AM and worked through the day into the evening. As soon as he walked in, he assessed the job and got right to work. He showed me 3-4 sample stains so I could decide. They finished the entire job in one day (aside from the quarter round molding that he installed 2 days later.) I purchased 2 new hardwood transition pieces to be sanded, stained and installed. I came in that evening and was amazed that Wesley, took care of the transition pieces and installed them for me. He’s amazing. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. The professionalism and quality of work will certainly bring me back to them in the future. Thank you!

It went awesome. Bekar is friendly, punctual, professional, helpful and refreshingly available. I called him many times with many questions. He helped me order my materials and install everything under a real time crunch. Bekar is the reason we didn't have to move all our furniture onto subflooring. Thank you Bekar! All went according to expected job duration. The work actually was predicted to start about a week and a half after I agreed to the details of the job but the work crew was able to start a couple of days earlier. The work crew moved all furniture and area rugs before floor work began and moved it all back after completion. Clean-up was great.

Don't hesitate to hire these guys. They did flooring in three of our bedrooms as well as a bathroom renovation. It's rare in this industry that you can find someone who is reasonable, responsive, and respectable; LLB Flooring are all 3!

Everything went well we had our tub taken out and any walk-in shower tiled installed. We had many quotes and she's we used lld for our flooring we brought them back for the bathroom and you did an Exquisite job.. These guys are one in a million if you have the chance to hire them do not hesitate.

Bekar and his team are excellent. The whole project was very smooth. We initially had them do carpet removal and floor refinishing on the second and third floors but then didn't hesitate to ask them to do the entire house after seeing the results. Bekar was very flexible schedule-wise as we were trying to balance several projects at once. Would definitely hire again.

Everything was excellent. It's rare when you hire professional contractor that they actually are professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Bekar and his staff. We are having them come back to quote our next project.

Bekar was fantastic. He came out to give us a quote the day after we called, and gave us several options to choose from. He was friendly and personable, and made the task at hand seem not so bad. He had his crew out a few days later, and they had the old carpet out, staples and all, and the floors sanded and finished in no time. They even came out to do spot checks as it was drying to identify any problem areas, which they fixed immediately. They seem to genuinely care about the quality of work they deliver, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is 100%. We will definitely be using LLB when it's time to redo the downstairs.

The experience was exceptional. Bekar was very responsive, and punctual. The tem performing the work were also punctual, and very professional. They removed the old hardwood, laid new plywood, and installed new hardwood and shoe molding. The pride they take in their work really shines through in the final results. We are very happy, and glad we chose LLB Flooring. Disregard the trash bag in one of the pictures. They also cleaned up very well.

The owner of the company came out right away to provide an estimate. His pricing was very fair and it was easy to communicate with him. Workers came out on time as scheduled and finished the job in one day. It is obvious that they have a lot of experience with this type of work and the floor looks beautiful.

Work was on time an within the agreed upon budget.
